The Democrats' midterm Achilles heel?

Image
To read this article , you'd think that Democrats nationwide have a problem with Hispanics. That's right. It isn't that Republican House and Senate candidates will win a majority of the Hispanic vote. It's that they'll win a greater percentage of Hispanic votes nationwide. As stated in the article, this isn't just about Cuban-Americans in South Florida. The article said "To underscore that point during his slideshow in the NRSC conference room, Anderson flashed a quote from Democratic pollster David Shor. One important thing to know about the decline in Hispanic support for Democrats is that it was pretty broad,” Shor told New York magazine, no doubt to the delight of Republicans. 'This isn’t just about Cubans in South Florida. It happened in New York, California, Arizona and Texas. Really, we saw large drops all over the country.'" For years, Democrats thought that they could count on Hispanics voting for Democrats with super-sized majorities....

Joe Biden's budget priorities

Image
It takes less than 10 seconds to learn what Joe Biden's priorities are. It just takes a quick perusal of his first budget to figure out that he isn't serious about protecting us from foreign powers. It takes half that time to figure out that he's for open borders. Joe Biden's first budget calls for a 1.6% increase in defense spending: The Pentagon’s portion of the budget, $715 billion, will fund weapons programs and key national security priorities, while an additional $38 billion will be used for defense-related programs at the Department of Energy and other federal agencies, bringing the total for defense spending to $753 billion. The nearly 2% uptick in defense spending comes as the Biden administration pulls the nation out of the U.S. military’s longest war and shifts focus away from the Middle East to address emerging threats from China. Homeland Security gets short-changed , too:  Funding for the Department of Homeland Security , which carried out Trump’s aggres...

VP Kamala Harris disrespects Memorial Day

Kamala Harris didn't need to publish an all-about-her tweet for people to know that she's a narcissist. We knew that when she jumped into the presidential race. Kamala Harris is to likeability that arsonists are to public safety. This is the tweet that Harris published: Enjoy the long weekend. pic.twitter.com/ilGOrod4AW — Vice President Kamala Harris (@VP) May 29, 2021 Friends, that's the personification of being tone deaf. Actor Rob Lowe appreciates the meaning of this weekend: This weekend is not about eating hot dogs with friends and family and going to the beach or pool. It’s about honoring those who paid the ultimate price allowing us to do those things. WE REMEMBER YOU! pic.twitter.com/tGbEDLVlv6 — Rob Lowe (@RobLowe) May 29, 2021 Vice President Harris is cringeworthy. It's easy to understand why she hasn't held a press conference since being put in charge of the border. This tweet, combined with her previous tweet, proves why the administration won't ...

Why hasn't Alejandro Mayorkas been fired yet?

Image
Saying that DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is dishonest is understatement. At a recent White House press briefing, FNC's Peter Doocy asked Secretary Mayorkas about the border. Doocy asked Mayorkas "On a separate issue, Secretary Mayorkas, we have cameras today in Texas that are showing humongous groups of dozens or hundreds of migrants walking right into the country . So, I’m curious what you meant last week when you said, 'The border is closed.'" Secretary Mayorkas replied "The bord- — what I meant is precisely that: The border is closed. We are expelling single adults and families under the Title 42 authority that rests with the Center for Disease Control. And we decided, as an administration, in furtherance of the President’s direction to administer our immigration laws of this country in an orderly and safe and humane way, that we will not expel unaccompanied children." Here's video of that exchange:   That's an outright lie. The Biden a...

Nekima Levy-Armstrong indicts Minneapolis Police Department, Minneapolis Public Schools

Last night on TPT Almanac, Nekima Levy-Armstrong indicted the Minneapolis Police Department, aka the MPD. Saying that it's a weak indictment is understatement. Specifically, she said "Think about the fact that, one year ago, the world took notice of a lot of the racial justice issues that were happening in Minnesota following the murder of George Floyd at the hands of the Minneapolis Police Department . Millions of people took to the streets. Many jurisdictions changed their laws on the books. So we've seen progressbut there's still a lot of work to do." Notice that Levy-Armstrong indicted the entire MPD, not Derek Chauvin. Is that because Levy-Armstrong thinks that the entire PD is as racist as she thinks Chauvin is? Levy-Armstrong is a radical who sounds reasonable on TV. Last summer, for instance, Levy-Armstrong's Racial Justice Network threatened Minneapolis Police Union Chief Bob Kroll . Levy Armstong was critical of Minneapolis police union leader Bob...

The importance of male role models

Image
Positive Male Role Models Important  By Ramblin’ Rose While many express dismay about the dismal circumstances that young black males face daily in modern society, author, talk show host and political activist Candace Owens blames the lack of the intact nuclear family, meaning the lack of a positive male role model, as the foundational reason for the majority of their shortcomings. In Albany, Georgia, King Randall, himself a young black man, attributes his successes to the powerful impact of strong male examples in his life—his grandfather and stepfather. In 2019, at the age of nineteen, he initiated a program, The X for Boys, within his community to be that role model for young black males from the juvenile court system and foster care. He started the program from his own house (married with family) because he recognized the need. He taught these young men life skills to make them independent and not dependent on government that fosters the continuation of their life as a status q...

Journalist or violent activist?

Image
Activist, Journalist or Insurrectionist? By Ramblin’ Rose John Earle Sullivan, far-left activist and self-proclaimed journalist (without credentials), claims he entered the U.S. Capitol Building on January 6, 2021, to film the riot. For his efforts, he earned nearly $100,000 from at least six news outlets. Unfortunately, all the names were redacted in the recent official 28-page criminal complaint. Some sources list CNN, NBC, and The Washington Post among the recipients of the footage. In January, Sullivan was arrested for unlawful entry, disorderly conduct, and attempted obstruction of law enforcement. In addition to dressing in black, his words on a YouTube video sound like a rioter, not a journalist. From The Western Journal (May 23, 2021) we read: "The United States obtained a video of Sullivan, posted on YouTube, in which, while attending a protest in Washington, D.C., Sullivan can be seen telling a crowd, over a microphone, ‘we about to burn this s**t down,’ ‘we got t...

The X For Men miracle

Image
The X For Boys was started by a young black man named King Randall in Albany, GA. According to this article , the X For Boys "is a 'Man-Making Machine.' Each troubled child is the result of various factors, including an unconducive home environment, poverty, and lack of direction. Despite their misgivings, even troublemakers are not exempt from the human need to find purpose and better themselves, and the organization ensures that they will be given the opportunity." What Randall is doing is nothing short of amazing. First, he started this project when he was 19. He's just 21 now. Next, the things he's teaching these young men are practical and helpful for everyday life. Third, the accomplishments are stunning: King Randall is a 21-year-old young man who founded The X for Boys, a youth organization in Albany, Georgia, when he was 19. In the first year, he hosted a summer camp in his home where he taught 20 young men essential life skills, including cooking, r...

BLM's hypocrisy ignores Aniya Allen

Image
Yesterday, race hustlers Al Sharpton and Benjamin Crump visited Minneapolis to pay respects to George Floyd. Today marks the first anniversary of Floyd's death. While Crump and Sharpton mugged in the spotlight brought by Floyd's death, they couldn't be bothered by the recent death of Aniya Allen. Antrice Sease, Aniya’s mother, was left to quietly mourn her daughter's death. Because she was caught in a shootout in Minneapolis and not killed by a police officer, Aniya's mother is left to grieve alone. Mssrs. Crump and Sharpton didn't take time to grieve with her. Antrice lives in a prison separated from the media spotlight. Everyone in civilization knows what George Floyd looks like. How many people could identify Aniya? This is Aniya with her grandpa: KSTP's article says that they heard from "the family of Aniya who police say was shot in the head while she was riding in a car Monday night. It happened near 35th and Penn avenues. She's the third c...

Stacey Abrams' suppression crusade

Image
Stacey Abrams' obsession with photo ID election laws isn't just about "restricting voters' access to the polls, but empowering GOP-controlled legislatures 'to rig the outcome that they want.'" That's the myth that Abrams is peddling. History shows us that Democrats have peddled that myth for almost 15 years. When John Paul Stevens, then still an associate justice on the Supreme Court, wrote the majority opinion in Crawford v. Marion County Board of Elections, Justice Stevens cited the ruling by Judge Barker from the "Federal District Court for the Southern District of Indiana against the state officials responsible for its enforcement, seeking a judgment declaring the Voter ID Law invalid and enjoining its enforcement." Specifically, Justice Stevens wrote: "After discovery, District Judge Barker prepared a comprehensive 70-page opinion explaining her decision to grant defendants’ motion for summary judgment. 458 F. Supp. 2d 775 (SD Ind...

Washington, DC's perspective vs. the heartland's perspective

Image
Newt Gingrich's latest article highlights the thinking difference between Washington, DC and the rest of the country. It opens with "Washington reality reflects the fevered conversation over lunch, cocktails, and dinner between the Washington press corps, lobbyists, and government officials. Washington reality reflects the narcissistic self-absorption of the Imperial Capital. Rep. Liz Cheney’s fate consumes days and days of gossip and speculation. Is her dismissal as House Republican Conference Chair a sign of House Republican unity or an alienating event that will weaken the GOP?" Then it continues, saying "Washington says when 35 House Republicans bolt to vote with Democrats for the Pelosi Commission to investigate Jan. 6, it brings into question Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy’s control of the House GOP. Of course, when McCarthy gets Senate Republicans to agree to block the investigation, it highlights Speaker Pelosi’s partisanship and failure. Which narrative i...

An open letter to President Trump

Image
To: President Trump From: Gary Gross, proud Trump supporter Subject: Midterm strategy With the midterms fast approaching, Mr. President, it's time to figure out what's best to help Republicans take back Capitol Hill. Starting this summer with a new set of rallies in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Ohio, it's time to position Republicans for retaking the House and Senate majorities. Mr. President, it's time to be a team player. That starts with limiting the times you mention the 2020 election fiasco. Elections are about the future. This election especially is about restoring this nation to the right path for a decade or more. Retaking the House is virtually guaranteed. That isn't good enough since it's important to maximize this election victory. Let me outline several things that will help GOP candidates, highlight Joe Biden's failures and remind people of your predictions. Highlight the fact that you predicted the southern border crisis. Use the Jumb...

'Experts' setting Middle East back

Image
Now that the adults (that's said with sarcasm) are back in control of the Middle East peace process, the Middle East has returned to its traditional status. That means Israel is ablaze again. It turns out that the experts aren't that bright. That doesn't mean the foreign policy intelligentsia will admit that the Trump administration got it right when they put Jared Kushner in charge of charting a new path to peace. There's a better chance that I'll get hit by lightning while holding 2 winning lottery tickets. In fact, Joe Biden is claiming credit for the cease-fire negotiated by the Egyptians : Biden said during a joint press conference at the White House with South Korean President Moon Jae-in that he spent “a lot of time” on the phone with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi. The White House has disclosed only one call between Biden and Sisi, which happened hours before the cease-fire was adopted by both sides, ending 11 days of fighting between Hamas-gover...

Iowa puts parents in charge; Tim Walz keeps bureaucrats in charge

Image
Kim Reynolds, Iowa's Republican governor, just signed a bill into law that eliminates mask mandates anywhere in the state. The article states "Leaders of Iowa school districts cannot require students or staff to wear masks, and Iowa cities and counties cannot impose mask mandates under a law Gov. Kim Reynolds signed early Thursday. The law went into effect immediately. The signing prompted several Iowa school districts to modify their mask requirements as a result Thursday." At the bill-signing ceremony, Gov. Reynolds issued a statement, saying "The state of Iowa is putting parents back in control of their child’s education and taking greater steps to protect the rights of all Iowans to make their own health care decisions. I am proud to be a governor of a state that values personal responsibility and individual liberties. I want to thank the Iowa Legislature for their quick work in bringing this bill to my desk so that it can be signed into law." By comparison...

Traitor Joe Biden sells out unions

Image
It took only a matter of hours before 'Scranton Joe' Biden sold out the unions. Hours after he took the oath of office, Traitor Joe Biden signed an executive order halting construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline, aka the KXL. With his signature, Traitor Joe put 11,000 construction workers on unemployment. Now people are speaking out against Traitor Joe. Their words are harsh and well-deserved. For instance, "Peter Bardeson, the business manager for the Laborers, Local 620 union in Sioux Falls, South Dakota" said "How do they lay their heads down at night knowing they're supposed to be protecting these people and providing them with what they need to live? Ole Joe sold us out." Laurie Cox, the owner of Stroppel Hotel in Midland, South Dakota, is one of the companies that've gotten hurt by Traitor Joe's executive action. Cox "saw her business take a major hit earlier this year when the Biden administration pulled key permits for the Keystone...

Joe Biden, Vladimir Putin's puppet

Image
It wasn't enough for Joe Biden to cancel construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline on Inauguration Day. That executive order killed 11,000 direct jobs. Correct that. Biden killed 11,000 high-paying union jobs with a stroke of a pen. So much for Scranton Joe giving a damn about union families. Back then, Biden's cabinet tried spinning killing the KXL by saying that they "hoped" that these people would quickly find new jobs, even if they were different jobs. Hope isn't a strategy. This video explains the Biden strategy for dumping 11,000 high-paying union jobs: He sacrificed 11,000 direct, high-paying union jobs with KXL. Now, Biden is waiving Trump-imposed sanctions against Vladimir Putin's friend: The Biden administration plans to waive sanctions against an ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin who heads the company that is building the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline from Russia to Germany, two people with knowledge of the move said Tuesday. The move to invoke ...

Biden to Netanyahu: time to de-escalate with Hamas, Palestinians

Image
Today, Joe Biden told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to de-escalate Israel's counter-attacks against Hamas . That 'admonition' is likely to go in one ear and out the other with Netanyahu. According to the article, "The President conveyed to the Prime Minister that he expected a significant de-escalation today on the path to a ceasefire." The de-escalation will start when the IDF decimates Hamas's capabilities. If there's anything that's certain, it's that ceasefires are victories for Hamas. Hamas inflicts lots of damage within Israel, then a Democrat administration tries to limit the destruction within Gaza. Israel wouldn't agree to that type of agreement. Israel understands the importance of inflicting long-term pain on terrorists. While Biden has been supportive of Israel’s right to defend itself, he has also been facing pressure from the left-wing of the Democratic Party, which has criticized the Israeli response.  Biden is sho...

Mike Pence highlights Joe Biden's foreign policy stupidity

Image
Joe Biden's policy strength is supposed to be foreign policy. That notion is getting shredded this week by Mike Pence's op-ed and the Middle East erupting into violence. Katie Pavlich's article just strengthens the case against Joe Biden. First, let's examine Vice President Pence's op-ed. In it, he states "The Trump-Pence administration opened the door to a future of peace in the Middle East founded on our strong and unwavering commitment to the state of Israel. But now Israel is enduring the worst outbreak of violence in at least seven years — a direct result of the weakness shown by the Biden administration from its first day in office." When Joe Biden released aid for the Palestinian Authority, it was inevitable that the PA would use that money to start a new war against Israel. That's coming to fruition this past week+. With violence erupting in Israel and the Gaza Strip, you'd think that the Biden administration would have a little humility....

Larry Kudlow's case against Bidenomics

Image
Larry Kudlow's op-ed is essentially what he's preached on his show. In his op-ed, Kudlow writes "Today’s column is not about Ben Franklin, though it’s worth noting that he, like many of the Founders, was an avid follower of the free market theories of Adam Smith, published in 'The Wealth of Nations' in 1776." After that, he continued, saying "The real point of this column is to press the question of why taxes matter. They do. A lot. And incentives matter. To quote Art Laffer many years ago: Tax something more, you get less of it. Something less, you’ll get more of it. Why? Because in a free economy, which is certainly in line with our Founders’ legacy, we should reward success, not punish it. At the margin, if the extra hour worked, or the extra dollar invested, or the extra business risk taken, pays more after tax, that will propel an economy into prosperity." I thought that Kudlow's op-ed sounded familiar. Upon further checking, I discovered t...

Neanderthal thinking wins bragging rights

Image
Back on March 3, Joe Biden criticized Texas "for lifting Covid-19 restrictions against pleas from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other top public health officials." At the time, Biden said "I think it's a big mistake. Look, I hope everybody's realized by now, these masks make a difference. We are on the cusp of being able to fundamentally change the nature of this disease because of the way in which we're able to get vaccines in people's arms. The last thing -- the last thing we need is Neanderthal thinking that in the meantime, everything's fine, take off your mask, forget it. It still matters." Apparently, Texas will get the last laugh in the matter. Texas reported "zero deaths from COVID-19 on Sunday, just two months after Gov. Greg Abbott drew heat from the White House for rolling back business restrictions and lifting the state's mask mandate." Once again, the 'experts' weren't right. One ...

Gretchen Whitmer vs. Enbridge Pipeline

Image
Last week, Gretchen Whitmer, Michigan's Democrat governor, ordered Enbridge to shut down their Line 5 Pipeline . This happened while the Colonial Pipeline was shut down by Russian cyberattack. Fortunately, Enbridge didn't shut their pipeline down. According to the article, the "editorial argues that Whitmer’s decision to close the Line 5 pipeline Wednesday was “indefensible” given the situation with the Colonial line, adding that her proposal to carry fuel by rail or road instead was 'ridiculously inadequate' and would cause infrastructure to 'buckle' if her plan were to be put in motion." That isn't the only reason why it would've been a terrible decision. It's inexcusable for Gretchen Whitmer to not know this information: "The United States has a treaty with Canada forbidding either country from interfering with the cross-transport of oil," the editorial argues. "For the good of Michigan and the rest of the country, the ...

Tim 'Cut-And-Run' Walz

When it comes to living up to his promises, count on DFL Gov. Tim Walz to cut-and-run . At Saturday morning's annual fishing opener ceremony, Gov. Walz did exactly that. Sarah Strommen, Gov. Walz's DNR Commissioner, announced "I want to also let people know that, unfortunately, Gov. Walz is not going to be with us at this event this morning. He was called away to the Capitol in the midst of the legislative negotiations but I did want to say on his behalf: he was here yesterday, he enjoyed the media row activity, he enjoyed visiting a lot of local businesses. I will tell you, as you know, these legislative negotiations are very important. It’s a budget this year. We need our budgets as state agencies or we can’t keep doing this work on behalf of our fisheries and tourism in Minnesota. So we’re going to give the governor a pass because he’s going to go help us reach a budget solution so we can keep up this fabulous work." Kurt Daudt wasn't buying it: All negotiation...

Biden confusion, economic edition

Image
There's little doubt that the Biden administration's policies have created unacceptable levels of inflation since taking office. The questions start when debating whether this inflation is transient or lengthy. It doesn't help Democrats' messaging when they're led by Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and Janet Yellen. Biden, Pelosi and Schumer are economic illiterates who haven't put together a coherent economic policy in a generation. They're currently presiding over an economy that's hurt by inflation and that's just half-open. The economy needed to be fully opened, something that the AFT wouldn't allow. If Biden was a legitimate leader, he would've told Randi Weingarten that schools were opening. Instead, Biden got rolled by Weingarten on reopening schools. While COVID-19 still exists, the emergency phase of COVID-19 is over . That isn't just my opinion. That's what Dr. Nicole Saphier thinks, too. Then there's this: When ...

Joe Biden's weakness is showing

Image
It isn't a matter of whether Joe Biden is weak. It's now a matter of how much damage his weakness will visit upon the US and its allies. Biden's insecurity toward President Trump forced Biden to reverse dozens of President Trump's executive orders and actions. If a Trump policy was working, it had to go. See President Trump's Remain in Mexico policy. President Trump's threat of tariffs with Mexico, combined with Mike Pompeo's skillful diplomacy, turned off the migration spigot until Joe Biden opened the illegal immigration spigot. Strong, confident leaders accept their predecessors' policies if they're working. See President Trump's Middle East policies, embodied by the Abraham Accords. President Trump painted Iran into a corner with the Abraham Accords. Period. This is what legitimate diplomacy yields: Last week, Joe Biden was mugged by reality . When the dust settled, reality won, Joe Biden lost. Honestly, Mr. Biden got his butt kicked. That...

The official end of the pandemic?

Image
This week, Joe Biden's CDC went from urging caution in terms of wearing masks to telling the world that vaccinated people don't have to wear masks indoors. At the start of the week, Randi Weingarten told FNC's Martha MacCallum that she was undecided on whether schools could return to in-person learning this fall. By Thursday, Weingarten had preached a passionate, hour-long message on the necessity of returning to in-person learning . The pandemic is over. At least, that's what Tim Carney argues in this article for the Washington Examiner. I agree with Carney's article, especially the part where he says "It’s over. COVID-19 isn’t gone, of course. The coronavirus, the current novel one and its variants as well as other such viruses, will never be gone, and every public health expert knows that." Carney expands on his opinion in the next paragraphs: And the pandemic is still raging in other parts of the world, especially in India. But in the United Sta...

The COVID dam bursts (finally)

Image
It was just a matter of time. Unfortunately, it took an eternity for the CDC to finally admit what people knew months ago. With this announcement , the CDC admitted that what Dr. Walensky told us on Feb. 3 ( in her personal capacity LOL ) was the truth. That's when Dr. Walensky said "I also want to be clear that there is increasing data to suggest that schools can safely reopen and that that safe reopening does not suggest that teachers need to be vaccinated in order to reopen safely." Shortly after the CDC made its announcement, AFT President Randi Weingarten announced that the teachers' unions wouldn't continue with their stranglehold on US students. This is largely irrelevant in multiple ways. Parents across the country have seen that AFT only cares about the teachers. They don't care about kids. The school choice movement is gaining momentum nationwide. In the past 6 weeks, parents have gotten uppity in Loudon County, VA, Southlake, TX, Granite, UT and...

Joe Biden's biggest immigration defeat

There's only one way to paint Joe Biden's decision to restart construction of President Trump's border wall . This is the biggest political defeat in Joe Biden's history. Period. Full stop. The article starts by saying this: The Biden administration will resume construction of the southern border wall, Fox News confirms, as the immigration crisis continues to spiral out of control. The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) will restart construction on a 13.4 mile stretch of the wall in the Rio Grande Valley. The decision reportedly follows pressure from local residents and politicians to mend the incessant crossing surge. This isn't just about President Trump's Wall, either. The Biden administration is quietly using the Trump administration tool of Title 42: The Biden administration has continued to use the Trump-era policy, often dubbed Title 42 in reference to the U.S. code, to effectively seal the border. It does so under the argument that migrant...

Are Republicans putting together a circular firing squad?

Image
The opening paragraph of this article says "More than 100 influential Republicans plan to release a call for reforms within the GOP alongside a threat to form a new party if change isn't forthcoming, a person familiar with the effort said." These "influential Republicans include "former New Jersey Gov. Christine Todd Whitman, the former administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency; former Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge, the first secretary of homeland security; former Transportation Secretary Mary Peters; and former GOP Reps. Charlie Dent of Pennsylvania, Barbara Comstock of Virginia, Reid Ribble of Wisconsin and Mickey Edwards of Oklahoma." After reading this list, it's difficult taking the article seriously. Then, too, it's from NBC so it's difficult to take anything they've written seriously. This is especially difficult to take seriously: One of the organizers is Miles Taylor, a former Trump official who, as "Anonymous,...

Defeating Critical Race Theory

How to Defeat the Critical Race Theory By Ramblin’ Rose Why do people who hate America and all she stands for remain and actively attempt to destroy her completely? That’s what the Critical Race Theory (CRT) purports. In recent days, Idaho, Oklahoma and Tennessee have passed laws that were signed by the governors to prohibit the inclusion of the left-wing CRT indoctrination program in government-funded schools. Currently, Texas, Arizona and Oklahoma are considering similar restrictions. Florida’s Governor DeSantis is actively opposing said curriculum in that state. Key elements of CRT are the buzzwords: inclusion, diversity, equality and equity as measures of “cultural competence.” At the national level, the current administration is pushing the application of CRT in all levels of the federal government, replacing the restrictions of the brainwashing program instituted by the last administration. But some parents have provided a blueprint for success in eradicating the propagand...

Joe Biden's immigration system

Image
If Democrats won't hold oversight hearings into the Biden administration's handling of illegal immigrants, then Democrats should be defeated en masse in November, 2022. This AP article reports on how the Biden administration hasn't enforced existing immigration laws while Democrats ignored their oversight responsibilities. The opening paragraph of the article reads "The Biden administration is holding tens of thousands of asylum-seeking children in an opaque network of some 200 facilities that The Associated Press has learned spans two dozen states and includes five shelters with more than 1,000 children packed inside." The next paragraph says "Confidential data obtained by the AP shows the number of migrant children in government custody more than doubled in the past two months, and this week the federal government was housing around 21,000 kids, from toddlers to teens. A facility at Fort Bliss, a U.S. Army post in El Paso, Texas, had more than 4,500 chil...

Joe Biden's border compassion

Image
About a month ago, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki used that day's briefing to say that the Biden administration wouldn't take advice about immigration from the Trump administration. This was in response to a question about the Trump administration's Remain in Mexico policy. The Biden administration's immigration crisis just hit a new low this morning when "five abandoned migrant girls, all under the age of 7, were discovered Sunday by a Texas farmer on his land in Quemado, near the Rio Grande River. Rep. Tony Gonzales, R-Texas, spoke with the farmer who said he found the "baby girls" hungry and crying. He said one was naked and was crawling because she was too young to walk." This is especially disgusting after DHS Secretary Mayorkas said Friday that "the border remains closed." Rep. Gonzales published this tweet about the incident: Last night I shared a heartbreaking photo of young children found by a farmer on his land in Quemad...
