Joe Biden's biggest immigration defeat

There's only one way to paint Joe Biden's decision to restart construction of President Trump's border wall. This is the biggest political defeat in Joe Biden's history. Period. Full stop.
The article starts by saying this:
The Biden administration will resume construction of the southern border wall, Fox News confirms, as the immigration crisis continues to spiral out of control. The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) will restart construction on a 13.4 mile stretch of the wall in the Rio Grande Valley. The decision reportedly follows pressure from local residents and politicians to mend the incessant crossing surge.
This isn't just about President Trump's Wall, either. The Biden administration is quietly using the Trump administration tool of Title 42:
The Biden administration has continued to use the Trump-era policy, often dubbed Title 42 in reference to the U.S. code, to effectively seal the border. It does so under the argument that migrants trying to cross could pose a health risk during the Covid outbreak.
Joe Biden has gone out of his way to change each of President Trump's policies, especially immigration. Back in March, Jen Psaki said this:
We don't take our advice or our counsel from former President Trump on immigration policy, which was not only inhumane but ineffective over the past 4 years. We're going to chart our own path forward and that includes treating children with humanity and respect and ensuring that they're safe when they cross our borders.
That meal of crow will be difficult to digest. The Biden administration is reversing one of their biggest policies. That administration went out of its way to highlight that they were the anti-Trump administration. Building the wall is as pro-Trump as it gets.
Bill Melugin broke the story with this tweet: PS- If you aren't following Bill Melugin, I'd strongly recommend it. Here's another of his recent tweets:
