Will Kaohly Her resign?

Jenna Gloeb's reporting is potentially explosive. Potentially, it might end her political career or put her in prison or both. According to the article, "Investigators substantiated three workplace policy violations and confirmed that Mayor Kaohly Her's unwanted touching caused Police Chief Axel Henry considerable discomfort. His attorney called the city's initial two-page summary a taxpayer-funded 'whitewash.'" Apparently, PC Henry's attorney nailed it with the whitewash statement.

Gloeb also reported "A newly released investigative report into St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Her reveals far more than the two-page summary initially released by the city, detailing unwanted touching, a sexually suggestive meme and multiple violations of the city’s workplace conduct policy." Apparently, Her doesn't think that her actions are inappropriate. That type of lack of self-control likely will cost Her her job and St. Paul taxpayers a ton of money in a settlement to PC Henry.

Investigators substantiated three policy violations involving a sexually suggestive message, doctored photographs of male police officers and inappropriate encounters with two female employees.

They also confirmed that Her touched Police Chief Axel Henry’s thigh in an unwelcome manner that caused him considerable discomfort and inappropriately pressured him to decide whether they would be friends.

This information hasn't been presented to a jury of Her's peers yet but the fact that "investigators" confirmed them must worry Her's attorney. A jury, whether it's a jury in a civil trial or acriminal trial, would find that testimony powerful. This won't quietly disappear:

At this point, how many voters wish they'd re-elected Mayor Carter? This, along with electing Joe Biden, are the definition of buyer's remorse.
