Steve Simon's latest large loss

Steve Simon's latest large loss was reported by GOP influencer Dustin Grage through his Twitter feed. Simon is pictured above. In his tweet, Grage reported "Secretary of State Steve Simon argued that election judges aren’t required during the 18 days of early voting. He just got slapped down. This builds on the precedent set by Ryan Wilson, who won a major case against Hennepin County at the Minnesota Supreme Court in 2024, forcing the county to follow the law and appoint election judges equally from each major political party."

Whether it's early in-person voting or in-person voting on Election Day, the application of the law MUST REMAIN THE SAME. Period. Then Grage added another gem to his reporting.

He reported "At the time, Hennepin County had appointed ZERO Republican election judges." It's getting difficult trusting Steve Simon. For that matter, it's difficult to trust DFL politicians. Why trust Tim Walz, Peggy Flanagan, Tina Smith or Keith Ellison? Check this out:

This is only surprising in that the Minnesota Supreme Court is filled with DFL operatives. I'd be surprised if Steve Simon wasn't surprised. The Minnesota Supreme Court is filled with DFL operatives.

Then again, Simon's government attorney is Keith Ellison. Having a SecState like Steve Simon and an AG like Keith Ellison should make people question whether they've made wise choices on their Constitutional Officers. In a 'Throw the Bums Out' year, Elison and Simon would be atop my list of Constitutional Officers to go.

Proof that Tim Walz doesn't care about fraud or other crime

Anyone that thinks that Tim Walz, Minnesota's DFL governor, doesn't care about preventing crime or fraud hasn't read this article . Alpha News is reporting that "The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) has confirmed that Dylan Adams, the fiscal policy analyst caught on video vandalizing Teslas in Minneapolis, is still employed by the state — meaning Minnesota taxpayers are footing the bill for his salary. In response to Alpha News inquiries, a DHS spokesperson said: "Dylan Adams is a current employee." Apparently, the Walz administration doesn't care that it's employing a vandal in its Department of Human Services. As for whether Adams "has faced consequences for racking up more than $21,000 in damage during work hours , the agency offered little transparency.
