Another DFL Trifecta failure
The first question parents would ask simple. 'Why isn't the school doing more to stop this? A: "Now, her mother is demanding answers from school officials and calling for changes to a Minnesota law passed in 2024 under the state’s DFL trifecta that raised the minimum age for juvenile delinquency proceedings from 10 to 13. The law took effect Aug. 1, 2026, just months before the attacks."
If this doesn't get you upset, shame on you:
First, if the DFL doesn't apologize for changing this law, then they should be mentally tortured. This isn't excusable. Period! Apparently, the DFL's policy of appeasement failed like it always does. Next, I'd find a lawyer to sue this school and school district. This girl was harmed physically and, quite possibly, mentally. This shouldn't be permitted: This is the type of thing that I'f potentially retaliate against.Despite the DFL Trifecta's BS, this would verify that they aren't fit for governing. Protecting a bully because we don't want to ruin their life while letting a student's life get ruined by a bully isn't acceptable. If the DFL won't use common sense in governing, they should be impeached. ASAP.🚨WATCH: An 11-year-old Minnesota girl is attacked on consecutive days moments after stepping off her Braham Area Schools bus. Her mother says months of bullying have gone unchecked and is demanding accountability. A law passed in 2024 under Minnesota's Democratic trifecta now prevents children under 13 from facing juvenile delinquency prosecution. FULL STORY COMING SOON from @AlphaNews
