Is this Ilhan Omar's final investigation?

This morning, the Daily Signal reported that "The Department of Homeland Security raided the home of Somali-born Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., early Monday morning, less than a month before the midterm election. The raid is part of a larger criminal fraud investigation into the congresswoman’s immigration paperwork and was signed off by a federal judge. First reported by Fox News Digital, multiple Homeland Security Investigations agents were seen outside her home in Washington, D.C. The raid began at 6 a.m. Monday."

Democrats will certainly call these HSI agents racists, xenophobes or Islamophobes or a mixture of these chanting points. According to Ed Morissey's article, "Stay tuned, in other words, because other possibilities exist here, too. For instance: What kinds of contacts did Omar and her family maintain in Somalia? The involvement of the DoJ in securing the warrant may be pro forma, or it may be that the issues go beyond immigration."

To call this potentially complicated is understatement. None of this matters to Omar, though, because I'm betting that she doesn't have a bit of guilt in her body. Ed made this point, which is worth keeping track of:

It would be impossible to prosecute Omar for what happened in 2009. However, if Omar and her father misrepresented her status at her immigration, that could be pursued as a reason to revoke her status and strip her of her naturalized citizenship. That would disqualify Omar from Congress and might have her on the first flight to Mogadishu, assuming that the DoJ and DHS can prove fraud. Given that Omar has publicly declared that Somalia is her priority as a member of Congress, that may not even be a punishment.
Since DOJ is working with DHS's HSI division on a potential criminal investigation, it seems impossible to reach a conclusion that these agencies aren't working on something quietly that might cost her Omar's citizenship. Fox9's report:

There's also rumors circulating that she's involved in a RICO investigation. If that's true, that might cause her lots of headaches. Finally:
