DOJ indicts foreign nationals for voter fraud in Minnesota

Thank God for the DOJ! Further, this is further proof that Steve Simon, Minnesota's DFL Secretary of State, must be defeated this November. A Secretary of State that doesn't take his Oath of Office seriously. Todd Blanche, President Trump's AG, takes his Oath of Office and his responsibilities seriously. While announcing the indictments of 10 foreign nationals for voting illegally, Blanche is quoted as saying "The law is clear, only American citizens may vote in American elections, and enforcing this law is fundamental to our democracy. That should not be a partisan concept." Apparently, that is a partisan concept to Steve Simon. It's apparent that he isn't interested in consistently enforcing the Constitution or its laws.

This government website has a section titled "Who can and cannot vote." That section says "You can vote in U.S. federal, state, and local elections if you are a U.S. citizen." Another section titled "who cannot vote" says "non-citizens, including permanent legal residents, cannot vote in federal, state, and most local elections

This isn't accidental. In 2023, the first of the DFL Trifecta years, one of the first bills signed into law was the Drivers Licenses for All bill. These indictments were the predictable outcome.
