Aric Putnam: arsonist first, then firefighter

Aric Putnam is a polite-sounding hard-left leftist who's done a wonderful job ... if his job description included representing the Democrat Socialists of America, aka the DSA. These days, Putnam is majoring in running ads that make him sound like a moderate. That's what leftists do in election years. Aric Putnam is a fraud. While utility bills were climbing, Putnam cast THE DECIDING VOTE for Walz's Blackout Bill. That's led to higher utility prices AND brownouts in St. Cloud. Alpha News writes that Putnam's true colors are anything but those of a moderate.

For instance, "Perhaps most interesting about his time in the legislature was his decision to support DFL Sen. Omar Fateh’s bid for mayor of Minneapolis." Omar Fateh was heralded as the "Midwest Mamdani."

Fateh was endorsed by a local chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) in his bid for mayor and is one of the most far-left members of the Senate. He supported a 2021 effort to replace Minneapolis’ police department and carried a bill to make Minnesota a sanctuary state.
Fateh lost that race, leaving Minneapolis with a 'more moderate' Jacob Frey as mayor for another term. It's been rumored that Putnam is a member of a fledgling DSA chapter here in St. Cloud. Putnam's wife is the superintendent of schools for ISD742. She's famous for declaring that she'd never work with ICE. Let's just say that the Putnams are the St. Cloud version of the Walz family. These ads don't cross the line because they're truthful. Aric, if you don't want these types of ads run against you, stop voting for such idiotic bills.

Perryman vs. Putnam Contrast

Alpha News contacted Putnam with questions about his reelection bid, his voting record, and his support for a DSA-endorsed mayoral candidate. However, he did not respond to a media inquiry prior to a publication deadline.

Alpha News contacted Perryman with a series of questions about her campaign and priorities. She provided written answers to those questions.

"In my two terms in the Minnesota House, I’ve worked to stop the rampant fraud in our programs, bring meaningful investments into our district, fought for our seniors to keep every dollar from their Social Security checks, tax relief for families, and support law enforcement so our communities remain safe places to live and work," Perryman told Alpha News.

Perryman is transparent. Putnam isn't.
