Highlighting the differences: Michele Tafoya vs. Peggy Flanagan
The difference between Michele Tafoya and Peggy Flanagan aren't difficult to spot. In this tweet, Michele wrote "A cold one, but a great time at Dayton Heritage Days! Every community, every conversation, and every person I meet reminds me why I’m running. I’ll take all of your voices with me to the U.S. Senate." That's quite the difference from what we learned in this interview: Less than a minute into the interview, Michele Tafoya told Hugh that "We are trying to set up debates. We don't know if she'll be there but we will be." Then Michele said something that shocked Hugh. Michele said she had her own booth at the fair but that Flanagan didn't. Michele said that "hundreds of people showed up" at Michele's booth. Based on his voice, I'd say that Hugh nearly hit the roof. Michele said that Flanagan attended the opening day of the fair so she could check that box.
Michele then explained that Flanagan would likely have to answer questions that Flanagan didn't have good answers to. Michele then told Hugh that she did a radio interview at the Fair. The host told Michele that he'd invited both candidates on but Flanagan declined.
It's painfully obvious that Flanagan wants the job but she doesn't wamt to tell Minnesotans what her agenda is. Flanagan wants their vote without earning their votes.
We know that she's got a closet filled with skeletons Flanagan wants to keep buried. Further, she's incompetent and dishonest. Here's a Golden Oldie from Flanagan's recent past:
Flanagan has shared more with supposedly trans kids than she's shared with viters. She isn't worthy of your support.
