Lifelong Democrat Julian Epstein endorses Republican Mike Rogers over Abdul el-Sayed

Julian Epstein is an old-fashioned Democrat who gained notoriety during Bill Clinton's impeachment. That was then, this is a different Democrat Party. Julian Epstein is unlike most Democrats in that he's willing to speak out against DSA candidates like Abdul el-Sayed. He wrote this op-ed to announce that he'd jumped ship against the DSA. Think of the courage it took for him to write "After decades of giving my all for Democratic House and Senate candidates, this fall I will support — and contribute to — Mike Rogers, Michigan’s GOP Senate nominee, instead."

Then he continued "And I’ll do everything I can to make sure other Democrats follow. With the exception of Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman, my party’s leaders have sought to appease the dangerous faction rising in our midst." That's when Epstein dropped the bomb, saying "Weak, timid figures like Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer are spouting empty clichés 'We are a big-tent party' while abdicating their moral and political responsibilities. Democrats aren’t coddling Scandinavian-style socialists; they’re getting into bed with a nihilistic, deconstructionist brand of third-worldism."

Thank God for Democrats like Julian Epstein and John Fetterman. They haven't dithered about the DSA or antisemitism. Mike Rogers still must run a good campaign but Rogers can count on Epstein and an old group of voters known as Reagan Democrats. Reagan Democrats were located in Macomb County, Michigan. Check this out:

El-Sayed did poorly with blue collar workers according to CNN's Harry Enten. Michigan is a purple state, with President Trump winning Michigamm twice. According to CNN, the only areas where el-Sayed did well in were college towns like Lansing and Ann Arbor. It's too early to make a prediction but it isn't too early to say this race will get lots of attention nationally.

Proof that Tim Walz doesn't care about fraud or other crime

Anyone that thinks that Tim Walz, Minnesota's DFL governor, doesn't care about preventing crime or fraud hasn't read this article . Alpha News is reporting that "The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) has confirmed that Dylan Adams, the fiscal policy analyst caught on video vandalizing Teslas in Minneapolis, is still employed by the state — meaning Minnesota taxpayers are footing the bill for his salary. In response to Alpha News inquiries, a DHS spokesperson said: "Dylan Adams is a current employee." Apparently, the Walz administration doesn't care that it's employing a vandal in its Department of Human Services. As for whether Adams "has faced consequences for racking up more than $21,000 in damage during work hours , the agency offered little transparency.
