Highlighting Peggy Flanagan's victory speech

Tuesday night was the best night that the MNGOP has had in years. It isn't just that Michele Tafoya defeated her opponents as expected. It's that Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan crushed Angie Craig by 20 points, then gave one of the whiniest-sounding victory speeches in recent Minnesota history:

According to Flanagan's victory speech, there isn't a thing that can't be solved by ever-expanding government. Got a problem? Nothing that intruive, unaffordable government programs can't fix. Apparently, Lt. Gov. Flanagan doesn't remember the record spending spree the DFL Trifecta went on, spending the projected $18,000,000,000 surplus, then adding a $10,000,000,000 tax hike. By the time the DFL Trifecta dust settled, we had a projected $6,000,000,000 deficit to show for it.

Flanagan's video starts by saying "too many families are getting crushed." In Minnesota, that's definitely true. Famiies are paying sky-high property tax hikes while government gets fat and fraudsters steal money from "Learing Center" child care facilities while career politicians like Tim Walz and Peggy Flanagan turn a blind eye to the Somalis' grift. Peggy Flanagan isn't part of the grifter solution. She's part of the problem:
Flanagan has served as Gov. Tim Walz’s lieutenant governor since 2019. Prior to that, she was a member of the Minnesota Legislature

In her campaign for the DFL nomination, Flanagan positioned herself squarely to the left of Craig by campaigning in support of Medicare for All, universal child care, a national paid family and medical leave law, and the abolishment of ICE.

Tonight, in battleground states across the nation, Bernie Sanders' DSA got whipped, with Minnesota being the exception. Francesca Hong is trailing a guy who dropped out of the Wisconsin governor's race a month+ ago. Even if Hong comes back and wins, she will have underperformed. She's trailing by 0.3%. She was supposed to win by 10+ points.

It isn't that we shouldn't have a safety net, Lt. Gov. Flanagan. It's that it shouldn't be a bed.

Proof that Tim Walz doesn't care about fraud or other crime

Anyone that thinks that Tim Walz, Minnesota's DFL governor, doesn't care about preventing crime or fraud hasn't read this article . Alpha News is reporting that "The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) has confirmed that Dylan Adams, the fiscal policy analyst caught on video vandalizing Teslas in Minneapolis, is still employed by the state — meaning Minnesota taxpayers are footing the bill for his salary. In response to Alpha News inquiries, a DHS spokesperson said: "Dylan Adams is a current employee." Apparently, the Walz administration doesn't care that it's employing a vandal in its Department of Human Services. As for whether Adams "has faced consequences for racking up more than $21,000 in damage during work hours , the agency offered little transparency.
