Title IX MN vs. Keith Ellison, MSHSL

I'm a happy camper after reading this Alpha News article about a grassroots organization titled Title IX MN. According to the Alpha News article, "A new grassroots campaign is encouraging schools and local communities to come together and change Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) policy that currently allows boys to participate in female sporting events. The campaign, dubbed Make It Fair MN, is organized by Title IX MN, an organization named after the federal law which mandates that women and girls must be given equal access to educational opportunities and extracurricular sporting activities."

I love this! This isn't astroturfed activism with tons of Soros dark money funding the rent-a-mob 'activists'. These are moms and dads, aunts and uncles and grandparents showing the powers-that-be where the real power lies.

HISTORY AS IT'S GETTING MADE

According to the article, "Title IX MN was informally launched last year as a group of more than 300 school board members who signed an open letter to Minnesota state government and MSHSL urging them to comply with Title IX and keep biological males out of female sporting events."

THE OTHER SIDE

Previously, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison issued a formal legal opinion that said banning transgender students from the sports of their choice is a violation of the Minnesota Human Rights Act. As such, MSHSL has not banned biological males from female sports.

However, Title IX MN says a June ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court has changed things. Last month, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that states can establish laws which ban males from participating in female sporting events.

In other words, Ellison's opinion is junk thanks to the Supreme Court's ruling. There's little doubt that Keith Ellison will challenge Title IX MN if they change MSHSL's transgender policy.

According to the article, "According to Title IX MN, the MSHSL constitution gives its member schools the authority to change its bylaws without action from state government or the MSHSL Board of Directors."

It's time we started showing Democrats that we'll fight for civil rights. If they want a fight, we're ready for it.

Proof that Tim Walz doesn't care about fraud or other crime

Anyone that thinks that Tim Walz, Minnesota's DFL governor, doesn't care about preventing crime or fraud hasn't read this article . Alpha News is reporting that "The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) has confirmed that Dylan Adams, the fiscal policy analyst caught on video vandalizing Teslas in Minneapolis, is still employed by the state — meaning Minnesota taxpayers are footing the bill for his salary. In response to Alpha News inquiries, a DHS spokesperson said: "Dylan Adams is a current employee." Apparently, the Walz administration doesn't care that it's employing a vandal in its Department of Human Services. As for whether Adams "has faced consequences for racking up more than $21,000 in damage during work hours , the agency offered little transparency.
