Is socialism the Democrats' death wish?

Zohran Mamdani and Bernie Sanders appear to have a socialist death wish for the Democrat Party. They're insisting on a full-scale socialist takeover of the Democrat Party. There's a question that the corporate media hasn't asked that's kinda like 'the Dog That Didn't Bark.' The media's coverage is long on who's up or down but it's been devoid of whether socialism works.

I think the reason coverage is that way is because journalists know that socialism doesn't work. Imagine how difficult it'd be if journalists had to write that there's never been a thriving middle class in a socialist nation in the past 125 years anywhere in the world. The former Soviet Union didn't have a middle class, thriving or otherwise. China doesn't have a middle class.

In 2025, the U.S. GDP was just short of 30,000,000,000,000. China's GDP was just over $18,000,000,000,000. They have the top 2 GDPs in the world. That's where the similarities end, though. The per capita GDP for China is one-third of the U.S. per capita GDP. That's the true test of who's got the better economy. Mamdani's sweep in the NY primary just laid the groundwork for the Democrats' demise:

Primary night in New York marked the first major test for Mayor Zohran Mamdani's political movement, and it was widely successful All three of Mamdani's endorsed candidates for Congress were victorious, marking a massive win for the left and a major blow for establishment Democrats. Mamdani endorsed in three competitive House primary matchups in New York City, breaking with Democratic leaders by throwing support behind leftist candidates who were unafraid to criticize Israel and push for ambitious economic policies.
If Republicans play this right, this might start a generational shift. Each of these 'victories' happened in cities where Democrat rule had essentially destroyed their economiess. New York companies aren't sticking around. They're relocating to Dallas, Atlanta and Miami. That isn't the path to prosperity. It's the path to serfdom and oligarchy:

Mayor Mamdani has already alienated Ken Griffin. After doxxing Griffin's NYC home, he then pleaded with Griffin not to leave NYC. That isn't a plan. That's a wing and a prayer. If he wants to keep his promises, Mayor Mamdani will need a multi-billion dollar bailout. That won't happen with Trump.
