Tim Walz sticks to script with Jimmy Kimmel
Notice how fluently Walz shifts gears from conversation to conversation. It's like it's something that comes naturally for him. That's because it is natural to him. It's as natural for him as for a chameleon to change colors.
Then Walz stepped in it, saying "Demonize immigrant communities, especially the Somali community. And I said what he was doing was — the programs in Minnesota, look, we are a generous state. We’re also, like California, we’re a payer state. We pay more in than we get back to support ‘red’ states that don’t support their people. But, they came in to try and destroy those programs and, you know, that’s again rich, destroy programs that don’t help them by billionaires who commit this fraud. But no, it was an excuse for them to do it. Thank goodness the people of Minnesota showed the courage, stood up and pushed back."
Did Gov. Walz suddenly get into Hunter Biden's drug stash? That's idiot-talk. Billionaires committing Medicaid fraud? People thoroughly examined the court documents where Somalis pled guilty or were convicted of fraud. None of these criminals was identified as a billionaire.
Gov. Walz likely developed this habit of saying whatever he thinks sounds good in the moment. Does he think we'll believe him when he hints that billionaires commit Medicaid fraud, not Somalis? At some point, Gov. Walz must admit the facts. He hasn't admitted that most of the Medicaid fraud was committed by Somalis. That doesn't mean that most Somalis commit fraud. It's just a statement of statistical fact. (I'd say someone's a little sensitive.) Kimmel did his part, offering up a softball question as his first question:
What likely isn't known is that Gov. Walz is a secret agent for the GOP. He's part of Operation Let Them Speak. We want Walz and others of his intelligence level speaking.
