Quality Learing Center part of fraud investigation

The Quality Learing Center first became famous when Nick Shirley first investigated Twin Cities business sites during his fraud investigation. The QLC is famous this time because it's "part of a wide-ranging fraud investigation involving businesses and child care centers." According to Alpha News, "HSI, in cooperation with its federal, state and local law enforcement partners, engaged in court-authorized law enforcement operations in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. For reasons of operational security and for the safety of our agents, we will not comment further at this time."

Later in the article, Alpha News reported "Authorities emphasized that the operation is focused on alleged fraud and is not connected to immigration enforcement." To the surprise of no people whatsoever, Gov. Tim Walz said "If you commit fraud in Minnesota you’re going to get caught — and that’s exactly what we saw today. We catch criminals when state and federal agencies share information. Joint investigations work, and securing justice depends on it."

It's also what sunk Tim Walz's re-election bid.
