DFL soft-on-crime stunts continuing
It's irrelevant if one of City Church's pastors is an ICE official. According to the Constitution, the pastor could be an atheist. By letting activists/agitators disrupt a church's worship service the State of Minnesota is violating the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.
This is the DFL's stunt:
However, Democrats opposed Davis’ bill and offered a variety of explanations for their opposition. Two Democrats said Minnesota state law already has disorderly conduct, trespassing, and other statutes that could deal with the Cities Church situation. DFL Rep. Kaela Berg, a current congressional candidate, read through a list of shootings that occurred at houses of worship and essentially accused Republicans of refusing to protect those places because of the GOP’s opposition to gun control. The DFL mentioning Operation Metro Surge is just another tidbit of proof that the DFL isn't just soft-on-crime but also semi-opposed to civilization. The chaotic streets of Minneapolis aren't pro-civilization. They're pro-anarchist. As for Operation Metro Surge, here's one report: The DFL frequently says that it's fighting for democracy. The reality is that the DFL won't enforce laws. If they won't enforce the laws, then you've got anarchy. At that point, we don't have a civilized society. Without a civilized society, you don't have a democracy.During the committee meeting, Democrats repeatedly brought up Operation Metro Surge, the federal government’s recent immigration enforcement effort in Minnesota. Democrats said religious places need to be protected but Republicans blocked DFL efforts to protect constitutional rights in the wake of Operation Metro Surge. In the end, Democrats appeared to oppose Davis’ legislation because their Operation Metro Surge-related bills were previously blocked.
It's time to start calling the DFL's bluff. They're master manipulators. The DFL agitators/activists violated City Church's congregants' First Amendment rights. They need to be punished. That likely means the DOJ taking charge. To use a phrase coined by Rush Limbaugh, it's obvious that Keith Ellison and Mary Moriarty won't prosecute this endless parade of human debris.
