Minnesota Democrats' SOTU moment of shame

During Tuesday night's SOTU Address, aka State of the Union Address, Minnesota's DFL delegation sat on their hands rather than admit that their "first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens." Considering how upset "Sen. Amy Klobuchar, Rep. Angie Craig, Rep. Kelly Morrison, Rep. Betty McCollum, and Rep. Ilhan Omar" got during Operation Metro Surge, it isn't surprising that they sat on their hands this past Tuesday night. It seems like they've protected illegal aliens more than Minnesota citizens.

Alpha News reports "While speaking about illegal immigration, the president initiated a remarkable moment of audience participation. That moment yielded a shocking response from Democrats. Partway through his speech, Trump asked the audience of Republican and Democrat lawmakers to stand if they agreed with the following statement: 'The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens.' The Republican side of the House chamber immediately stood and applauded. However, the Democratic side of the chamber stayed seated. Among those who stayed seated during this moment were a group of Minnesota Democrats."

Check this out:

Consider this proof that the DFL was, at best, indifferent to Medicaid fraud, which was committed mostly by Somalis. Notice, too, President Trump's hand gestures towards the Democrat side of the chamber. They stayed sitting the entire time. Further, notice that VP J.D. Vance and Speaker Johnson were virtually launched out of their chairs.

Wednesday night on The Five, Jessica Tarlov tried spinning the incident by saying that Democrats didn't want to be President Trump's props. Nice try but it's BS. Instead of being some of President Trump's props, why not stand up because it's the legal thing to do.
