Matt Norris, DFL fraud obstructionist
This article highlights the fight between the GOP and the unserious DFL. It reports "Kreun has referred to the law enforcement section of SF 856 as the 'teeth' of the bill. He previously said he believes 'there was probably some involvement by the governor’s office' in Norris’ efforts to change the existing language of the bill." Why should people think that Tim Walz is serious about preventing Medicaid fraud? The article continues:
Speaking at Thursday night’s floor session, Niska said the House could pass the bipartisan OIG bill that night and send it to the governor for his signature. Re-passage by the Senate is not required. Gov. Tim Walz has previously said he would sign a bill that created an OIG.Norris is omitting the fact that the amendments are offered in good faith. How does gutting a well-written bill qualify as being offered in good faith?"However, Norris urged the House to vote against Niska’s motion to take up SF 856. Norris said SF 856 had not been vetted by the House and the bill should not be rushed. He also said the GOP’s move to block his changes to the bill violated House protocol of letting an author amend their own bill as they see fit.
This is sickening:
The DFL looks like they're trying to get people killed. They're using heated language to incite violence against law enforcement. That's just sick. Thank God for Walter Hudson and GReg Davids for exposing the DFL's attempt at convicting ICE agents of being murderers. This DFL goon squad is disgusting. Matt Norris is just the tip of the iceberg.
