Hugh Hewitt eviscerates Tim Walz during Fox interview

If you want to watch an evisceration of a politician on live TV, watch Hugh Hewitt's total evisceration of Tim Wal. This is a total mismatch. Anyone thinking that Tim Walz has the mental capacity to match wits with Hugh Hewitt is living in Wonderland. Hugh told Molly Line that hearing Tim Walz's excuses sounded like "Watching Governor Walz dance, since he first started to get questions about this story, has been amusing because it's the old, it's not my dog. It didn't bite you. Besides, you kicked it first. And every time, it's really a different excuse every time it goes in front of the cameras. It was Covid. We had no guardrails. We lacked a toolkit. President Trump is exaggerating. The acting U.S. attorney, who's, by the way, a career federal prosecutor until October, is making it worse than it really is. We're going to fix it. Just don't believe them. Pay no attention. Right now, Molly, it's a story that is growing faster -- and this will be for your older audience, they'll get the reference -- than 'The Blob' and Steve McQueen's breakout movie in 1958. It was the amoeba from outer space that just kept getting bigger and bigger and bigger. It's really remarkable that Tim Walz is even thinking about running for re-election. He ought to really quit."

Expecting a straight answer from Tim Walz is like expecting snakes not to bite. Simply put, expecting Tim Walz not to lie is like expecting humans not to breath reflexively. This is the evisceration on videotape:

Starting at about the 8:30 mark, Hugh lined up one Walz excuse-after-another-after-another-after- another. By the time it's done, I was looking for the corpse. It got ugly-and-then-some. The only thing that's amazing is that Walz seems to be able to come up with a neverending stream of lies. II don't trust Gov. Walz. He's told more lies than I care to count.

Let's be clear about Tim Walz, Amy Klobuchar, Keith Ellison and Tina Smith. Minnesota's legacy media thinks that each of these politicians is worthy of national office. That's a joke. Frankly, Ellison needs to quit. He's a defense attorney in a prosecutor's position. Tina Smith does what Sen. Schumer tells her.I remember when Minnesota had real leaders as senators. We don't have that anymore. Which brings us to Amy Klobuchar. If there's a more overrated politician in Minnesota's history, I wouldn't know who it'd be. Sen. Klobuchar was first elected to the Senate in 2006. In 2010, she voted for the UnAffordable Care Act. Since then she's voted for major subsidies for insurance companies with the excuse that they had to keep insurance premiums under control. It's time to fix the problem rather than treat a symptom at a very high price.

COVID Spending Spree

With the economy recovering quickly and despite warnings that a majorr spending package would cause inflation to spike, Economic Illiterate Amy voted for the American Rescue Plan, which spent $1,900,000,000,000 (that's $1.9 Trillion). A year later, inflation had spiked at 9.1% and the average price for a gallon of gasoline hit $5.02 per gallon. Democrats accuse Republicans of causing the 'affordability crisis' when, in truth, Democrats caused it by passing the American Rescue Plan. BTW, no House or Senate Republicans voted for that bill. Many House and Senate Republicans predicted that passage of the bill would cause inflation to spike, which is exactly what happened.

COVID Spending Spree, Part II

Economic Illiterate Amy next voted for the Inflation Reduction Act, kept inflation high. Imagine that. What's worse is that a significant part of the spending in the IRA was for Green New Deal scam projects. That's now getting scrapped.

Minnesota has a spending CRISIS and a fraud CRISIS. The last thing we need is to import a spendaholic career politician from Washington, DC. Amy is more politically talented than Tim Walz but they're both economic illiterates/idiots. Should we fix the problem or make it worse? If you want to make it worse, keep Tim Walz around or import Amy. If you want to fix things, vote Jeff Johnson.

In fact, 98 mayors from Babbitt on the Iron Range to the mayor of Crosslake, MN, in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes and the mayor of Wayzata in the outer western suburbs by Lake Minnetonka signed a letter saying that out-of-control spending is making it impossible for cities to plan and budget. Imagine a spendhappy career politician entering the race to fix our overspending problems. NOW THAT'S FRIGHTENING! This is frightening, too:

Being the mayor of a suburban city in a state that's poorly run by a blithering idiot, aka Tim Walz, is a frightening thought. Then again, being that mayor in that same city run by a spendaholic career politician isn't a bargain either.
