Leigh Finke is making character appraisals?
Saying that Leigh Finke isn't normal is understatement. He's now started making character assessment, saying that an ICE raid used "Gestapo tactics". Further, he's issued a statement about the legal arrests, saying "As your representative, I will always stand with our community. I’ll never stop fighting to protect all of our neighbors, no matter where they come from or why they are here. Today’s federal action is a reminder of why we must not give no quarter to ICE and must loudly oppose the Gestapo tactics they employ to abduct our neighbors and friends."
Saying that he'll "never stop fighting to protect all of our neighbors, no matter where they come from or why they are here" is quite the statement. They aren't neighbors. They're illegal aliens by legal definition. They allegedly came into the U.S. illegally or they came in legally on some sort of visa, then overstayed their visa. Either way, they're here illegally.
Sue Him Into the Poor House
Finke’s comments about ICE come less than a week after the state representative posted on Instagram accusing President Donald Trump of participating in a "massive sex trafficking ring" and calling him a "child rapist." In the post, Finke wrote: "I don’t know what happens in this current political climate when we definitively prove that our president is a participant in a massive sex trafficking ring organized by his friends."President Trump should sue Finke into the eternal poor house. Making accusations like that about President Trump's alleged connections to Jeffrey Epstein is malicious and mean-spirited. Additionally, they're unverifiable. This is the closest Finke comes to verification: Finke provided a screenshot of a supposed message between Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell from April of 2011. The number of problems with this communication are almost too many to list. First, there's no way to verify who sent the message. Next, it's hearsay evidence, which likely isn't admissible. Third, Trump's team would question whether Finke make the message up Fourth, at what point does the jury just tune this testimony out? the protest? OR was it a riot? You decide:"It is one thing for us to presume what we know in the face of mounting evidence. But it’s another thing to confirm the reality … that the man who is our elected president is a child rapist."
