Democrats vote to stifle military funding

Despite their best efforts to pretend they support the military, Democrats voted against funding the military. Sen. Schumer's Shutdown is a perfect portrait of nonleadership. According to CBS's reporting, "Senate Democrats blocked an effort to advance an individual year-long appropriations bill to fund the Pentagon on Thursday, stalling Republican leaders' alternative approach to restart some funding on Day 16 of the government shutdown."

CBS also reported that "In a 50 to 44 vote, all but three Democrats voted against moving forward with the full-year Defense Department appropriations bill. Democratic Sens. Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire, Catherine Cortez Masto of Nevada and John Fetterman of Pennsylvania voted in favor of advancing the bill. It needed 60 votes to advance."

What type of 'moderate' votes to not pay our soldiers? There are some things that are simply unacceptable. Not paying our soldiers is one of those things. Not paying our soldiers is something that shouldn't be considered. This is proof that Democrats aren't the moderates they claim to be. Amy Klobuchar, for instance, insists that she's a moderate. I wrote here about Pete Stauber's proof that the Democrat bill that Sen. Klobuchar voted for would've repealed the provisions that prohibited illegal aliens from buying health insurance. Further, check out this report on the bill that Democrats rejected:

Again, where's the proof of Democrat moderates? I don't think theyexist if they aren't named John Fetterman.
