The DFL's gun violence propaganda

The secret to the DFL's assault weapons ban campaign comes from a familiar place. It really helps to have the protection of the Twin Cities media from start-to-finish. I suspect that many 'journalists' even recognize the fact that they're even part of the DFL's propaganda ministry. the term gun violence is itself propaganda. Guns are inanimate objects. Guns can't travel, for instance, to Orem, UT, where Charlie Kirk was murdered by a lunatic because Kirk had the audacity to establish something affectionately known as the 'Prove Me Wrong Table.' We'll return to that later so hold that thought.

This KSTP article opens by saying "A working group of Minnesota lawmakers met Monday to discuss possible gun reforms and safety measures ahead of a likely special session. The 11-person Gun Violence Prevention Working Group is made up of state senators from both parties and is chaired Sens. Ron Latz, DFL-St. Louis Park, and Zaynab Mohamed, DFL-Minneapolis." While it's true that the DFL picked that title for the working group, it's thought that the Twin Cities media didn't put up the slightest resistance to the name.

As I've said, guns are inanimate objects. They don't travel without help. They can't load themselves. They definitely can't aim or fire themselves. How is it that the DFL is blaming an inanimate object for the actions of a young person who clearly cried for help? The tool is the inanimate object. The catalyst is the person who formulates the plan, then executes that plan. This report from Annunciation Catholic Church briefly mentions mental health, though it isn't mentioned that the shooter is a transgender male:

Gun violence doesn't exist without a human catalyst. If people want to think that their kids are being shot and sometimes being murdered by an inanimate hunk of metal, that's their problem.

I shouldn't have my God-given rights taken away because Ron Latz isn't honest enough to admit that people with mental health issues are the root of this problem, not an inanimate hunk of metal. If he wants to take law-abiding citizens natural right to protect their families then he'd better argue that thought with the U.S. Supreme Court. They've already weighed in on the matter. He's sworn an oath to protect the Constitution. Period. Now he's ignoring Supreme Court precedent that prohibits politicians from taking away my rights.

Finally, people shoot people. People are the catalyst, not the inanimate object. The DFL, working in conjunction with the Twin Cities media and Constitution-hating organizations like Moms Demand Action, need to be shut down on the grounds that they're attempting to dismantle the U.S. Constitution. The dirty little secret is that the Constitution was written to limit politicians, not citizens. Here's how President Reagan put it:

Almost all the world's constitutions are documents in which governments tell the people what their privileges are. Our Constitution is a document in which "We the People" tell the government what it is allowed to do. "We the People" are free.
Recently, Tim Kaine showed the Democrats' thinking:

Fortunately, Ted Cruz set him straight.
