The Democrats' evil problem

I've waited to say this but it's difficult not to notice that Democrats have an evil problem in their party. RedState's Bob Hoge wrote this article after Democrats behaved boorishly after Lauren Bobert called for a spoken prayer on the House floor after an assassin cut Charlie Kirk's life short this afternoon. No, Democrats have no shame.

Mr. Hoge wrote "It’s a truly sad moment in our country, yet on the floor of the House of Representatives, the left continued to prove that they are willing to stoop to ever new lows. After Colorado GOP Rep. Lauren Boebert asked for a spoken prayer, the Dems appeared to jeer and belittle the motion." I wish I could say that the Democrats' behavior is surprising but it isn't surprising. It's just sad.

Just when you think that the Democrats’ behavior couldn’t sink lower, it sinks much lower. This is what ghoulish evil looks like. JFK and Hubert Humphrey wouldn’t put up with this type of behavior. In his final speech before the AFL-CIO, Humphrey admitted that sometimes the AFL-CIO had some bad actors. Then he said "Sometimes, you have to kick out heels."

Thisisn't the face of evil, though it's definitely the face of poorly chosen priorities:

A Godly man had just been assassinated. A lady representative wanted the U.S. House wanted the People's House to stand for a moment of prayer. Rather than be gracious, Democrats chose to be bitter. MSANBC's Matthew Dowd chose to be bitter, too. This is his fate:

This isn't just about Matthew Dowd. It isn't just about MSNBC, either. Back in late May, Tim Walz, Minnesota's DFL governor, called ICE agents "modern-day Gestapo." It doesn't stop there, either. When DOGE first got started, Democrats started firebombing Tesla dealerships because Democrats hated Elon Musk because he was the chairman of DOGE.

Democrats have an evil problem. People that disagree with them are targeted with unending vitriol. Leftists like Letitia James tried destroying President Trump. She tried destroying President Trump financially, politically and by throwing him in prison. Further, they tried assassinating Presdient Trump twice. They also tried to assassinate Steve Scalise, today's House Majority Leader. It's time for Democrats to retreat from being the win-at-all-costs pasrrty. Some victories aren't worth it. It's time for Democrats to return to being a patriotic party like it was when JFK was President.

Tim Walz doubling down on Gestapo speech

When Tim Walz, Minnesota's DFL governor, delivered the commencement address for the University of Minnesota Law school, he didn't deliver the typical commencement speech. He delivered a highly partisan speech instead. Gov. Walz compared "federal law enforcement agents implementing President Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown to a Nazi-era political police force." He called ICE agents Gestapo. Let's compare the 2. The Gestapo's mission was to rid Germany of Jews. To the Gestapo, it didn't matter that these Jews were German citizens and had been decades.
