Barack Obama's firefighter/arsonist dilemma

During Sean Hannity's extended coverage of Charlie Kirk's assassination, Clay Travis let former President Obama have it with both proverbial barrels. Barack and his foul-mouthed sidekick, aka Joe Biden, did everything in their powers to ruin President Trump's life. They launched lawfare with novel criminal theories. They tried ruining President Trump's business empire. The FBI raided Mar-a-Lago when they knew he wouldn't be there.

When Biden opened the border, President Trump highlighted that fact. Barack Obama insisted that the foreign invasion was a mirage. It wasn't a mirage. It was reality. Rather than opting for statesmanship, Obama opted for partisanship.

When Sen. Schumer threatened Justice Gorsuch and Justice Kavanaugh, Democrats went silent. Rather than being profiles in courage, Democrats opted for being profiles in partisanship. Sitting silent while the Democrats' Senate leader threatens sitting Supreme Court justices is for cowards. We don't need cowards. 

We need people of integrity. People like Doug Schoen and Mark Penn should be looked to for wisdom in digging Democrats out of this disaster. Clay Travis unleashed a great message to anyone who thinks they can't be as brave as Charlie. Check it out:

To those that think they aren't strong enough, I've got something for you to think about. Charlie Kirk accomplished a lot because he trusted in the Bible. Though I never met him, I'd bet the proverbial ranch that one of his favorite verses was Philippians 4:13. Philippians 4:13 says "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

This nation is in a difficult mess right now. The Left thinks that the way to settle disputes is through violence. That's a pile of BS. Don't worry about him who can take life away but can't take away eternal life. Earth is just our temporary home.

Draw on the strength that only comes from Christ. Trusting in that will open doors you didn't think existed.

Finally, ignore Barack Obama. He's yesterday's news. He's a smooth orator but he isn't the Great Communicator. Reagan brought down the Soviet Union. Barack Obama's foriegn policy legacy was handing Crimea over to Putin's Russia and his infamous apology tour.

Tim Walz doubling down on Gestapo speech

When Tim Walz, Minnesota's DFL governor, delivered the commencement address for the University of Minnesota Law school, he didn't deliver the typical commencement speech. He delivered a highly partisan speech instead. Gov. Walz compared "federal law enforcement agents implementing President Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown to a Nazi-era political police force." He called ICE agents Gestapo. Let's compare the 2. The Gestapo's mission was to rid Germany of Jews. To the Gestapo, it didn't matter that these Jews were German citizens and had been decades.
