Donald Trump's biggest presidential success
To say that President Trump, with Tom Homan's and Kristi Noem's help, has stopped illegal immigration is understatement. On Monday morning in the White House Briefing Room, Tom Homan explained how the Trump administration shut down the border. Homan said "Now, President Trump and this administration here, it’s a success, it’s unprecedented. We’ve beat the Trump administration’s first-term border success. Border numbers are at a historic low. Today, we have the most secure border in et? The border wall save lives because the most vulnerable women and children can’t get over that wall, which means they’re going to a place where there’s not a wall, and what’s waiting are the men and women of the United States Border Patrol who will take care of those humanitarian needs to help."
I knew that Trump would fix the border. I just didn't know he'd fix it this fast, this thoroughly. For once, the Trump administration gets a fair interviewer:
PARTIAL TRANSCRIPT:We just followed numbers. Let’s talk about a few numbers that are important. Under the Biden administration, we averaged over 11,000—many days over 12,000, some days 15,000—illegal entrants into the United States. Do you know what the number was in the last 24 hours? 178. From 15,000 to 178, unprecedentsted success. That's what I call dramatic. This disproves Biden's dishonest claims that a) he was doing all he could and b) he needed the bipartisan border bill passed. That bill wasn't passed and weimplementhave proof that Biden didn't want the borders closed.
Biden was enthusiastically assisted by Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas. With the change of administrations came a change in policies and, most importantly, a change in leadership (we finally have some leadership in the Oval Office).
This is proof that the Bipartisan Border Bill was a sham. Democrats tried using it to shield them from the voters' wrath after they decided to implement Joe Biden's open borders agenda. The verdict was the verdict heard across the U.S.A.
