Alvin Bragg, Hawk Newsome & BLM racism

Now that the Penny trial is over, it's time to tackle a bigger problem. It's time to shut down BLM's lies and Alvin Bragg's racist tendencies. New Yorkers can't fire Hawk Newsome because he isn't an elected official. Thank God for small miracles. Alvin Bragg, though, can be fired because he's an elected official.

First, let's discuss Hawk Newsome. Mr. Newsome is one of the co-founders of the Black Lives Matters organization. He's a race hustler. In this video, Newsome insisted that Daniel Penny was a vigilante. The definition of vigilante is "any person who takes the law into their own hands, such as by avenging a crime." According to received testimony, that isn't what happened. According to that testimony, Daniel Penny rescued his fellow passengers on that subway.

What's happening here is that Mr. Newsome didn't pay attention to the facts. What his motivation is for not paying attention is open to interpretation, to put it diplomatically. Alethea Gittings told police officers responding to the incident that Penny "yeah, he took him to the ground in a choke hold, not a strong choke hold, just strong enough to secure him." Later, Ms. Gittings said of Neely "He scared the living daylights out of everybody."

Penny isn't holding Neely that hard, just like Ms. Gittings said. Notice thqt Penny's elbow is resting on Neely's chin. That isn't a choke hold. That leads to the other problem.

Despite the picture taken from this police body cam footage, despite a sloppy medical examiner's report, Alvin Bragg still charged Mr. Penny. That's what happens when winning cases is more important than finding the truth. That's what happens when you're trolling for vootes for reelection. Appareently, BLM isn't interested in providing accurate information to law enforcement. Mr. Newsome is particularly adept at stirring up trouble. Megyn Kelly is right in saying that BLM's tactics don't work that well anymore. Ms. Kelly declared that "the BLM Era is officially over." Amen to that.

To win a trial, you need corroborating evidence. The bodycam evidence does the opposite of verify Bragg's claims. It proves Bragg's claim false. The jury got it right.

What is Kamala Harris afraid of?

Apparently, Kamala Harris suddenly loves debating. Let me rephrase that. Harris loves debating as long as the moderators are partisan hacks. She wants nothing to do with a debate moderated by Fox's Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum. She's afraid of Bret and Martha because a) they'll either fact-check both her and Trump or they won't fact-check either of them and b) Bret and Martha aren't afraid of asking follow-up questions. To a candidate whose answers are scripted and who isn't quick on her feet, the last thing you want is a follow-up question. Why is Joe Biden letting Hamas off the hook?

It isn't disputable whether Joe Biden's administration is letting Hamas off the hook. That issue was settled months ago, when a spineless Joe Biden caved to activists interested in saving Hamas and thwarting the Israelis' attempt to defend themselves.
