Ken Martin asks if we're better off today than Jan. 19, 2025
That's just part of the story, though. Since taking office, President Trump has brought home hostages at a faster rate than Joe Biden could've imagined possible. Further, Trump stopped the ilegal alien inmigration invasion dead in its tracks. These days, the invasion is finished.
Federal authorities have started prosecuting Medicaid fraud, especially in Minnesota, where fraud is running rampant. Meanwhile, Democrats can't decide whether they thoroughly hate Israel or whether they'll tolerate Israel's existence:
Martin asked how much time President Trump spent thinking about the economy. Considering all of the historic trade deals he's negotiated, I'd argue he's thought quite a bit about the economy. Further, he's slowy-but-surely started cleaning up Joe Biden's messes in Israel and Ukraine. Biden especially screwed up Ukraine. Remember this? Biden spoke about Putin splitting NATO. Back in April, Trump persuaded NATO nations to each pay 5% of their GDP into arming themselves and Ukraine. Biden couldn't have done that in a million years. Further, President Trump negotiated a fair trade deal with the EU. Part of that agreement includes a provision where the EU buys $750,000,000,000 worth of U.S. energy. That's a positive step for the U.S. econmy but it also reduces Russia's energy revenue. Why didn't Biden msake such a deal? Is it because he wasn't paying attention to international treaties? Of was Biden too infatuated with global warming to see things clearly?
Finally, having a fully functioning president making deal after deal from the Oval Office, Saudi Arabia or at the NATO Summit is infinitely better than having the equivalent of the 'Weekend St Bernie's President'. What a foolish question to ask.
