Tim Walz's harsh introduction to Sunday morning programming

When I first saw the advertising that Tim Walz would be appearing on Fox News Sunday with Shannon Bream, I thought he'd get molested by the truth. Therefore, I'm not surprised that that's what happened. Next, he sat down for an interview with FNC's Shannon Bream. Unfortunately for the people, they llearned that he isn't a man of integrity. That's the diplomatic way of putting it.

National Review has a nice article that recaps many of Gov. Walz's misspeaks. For instance, Bream pressed Gov. Walz "on those programs and his justification for giving taxpayer-funded benefits to illegal immigrants. 'Are those not magnets to draw people here, many times on dangerous journeys for themselves, and why should your taxpayers in Minnesota or across the states pay for those programs?' Bream asked."

Gov. Walz replied "Well that’s not the vice president’s position. Minnesota ranks as a top five business state. We rank as a top three state for children-living and we’re the top state for health care access. I would also add this: we also have some of the safest roads."

What's omitted from Gov. Walz's statement is that the DFL spent the entire projected $18,000,000,000 budget, then raised taxes by another $9,000,000,000. After that, Gov. Walz broke his promise to deliver $2,000 Walz Checks to Minnesotans. Instead, the DFL legislature passed a bill sending $260 Walz Checks to eligible Minnesotans.

This is the entire interview:

This is the part of the interview where Gov. Walz insisted Minnesota hadn't repealed the Minnesota Statute requiring the doctor to do everything possible to save a baby's life who had survived an abortion:

As you've seen in the first video, Bream put the changes to the statute on the screen. The change was quite significant. Rep. Harry Niska explains the new statute: Harry knows because he offered the GOP amendment that would've codified Roe into Minneota's law. It's insanity to think that Gov. Tim Walz consistently tells the truth. He's been caught lying too often. I won't give hium the benefit of the doubt.
