Joe Biden's DOJ is MIA

I wrote this post after Joe Biden's speech where he reminded us that it's ok to protest but that it isn't ok to riot. It was an insulting speech. Anyone in college knows that. What we've seen on college campuses isn't a protest. When the militants took over Hamilton Hall, they allegedly took 3 janitors hostage. That's far beyond peaceful protest.

Where's the DOJ?

In his speech, Faint-Hearted Joe said "We are not an authoritarian nation where we silence people or squash dissent. The American people are heard. In fact, peaceful protest is in the best tradition of how Americans respond to consequential issues. But neither are we a lawless country. We're a civil society and order must prevail." This coming from a man whose DOJ is doing everything within its power to indict and convict Donald Trump, Biden's chief opponent, on trumped up charges.

Further, where is Biden's DOJ when it comes to investigating the people threatening Jewish students' civil rights? Where is the FBI in finding who's funding this operation? This didn't just fall into place accidentally. Those tents at the encampments are expensive. Those professionally printed signs aren't free either. This is a great explanation of where rights begin and end but also of the give-and-take in the battle over rights:

Let's also start talking about the potential laws that've gotten broken. Why hasn't the DOJ and FBI started a RICO investigation?

RICO

It's obvious that multiple organizations are working together. FYI- This is Wikipedia's explanation of RICO:

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization.

RICO was enacted by Title IX of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 (Pub. L.Tooltip Public Law (United States) 91–452, 84 Stat. 922, enacted October 15, 1970), and is codified at 18 U.S.C. ch. 96 as 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961–1968.

This article primarily covers the federal criminal statute, but since 1972, 33 U.S. states and territories have adopted state RICO laws, which although similar, cover additional state crimes and may differ from the federal law and each other in several respects.

It isn't difficult to picture these organizations working together. It isn't difficult to picture the crimes getting committed, either. Unfortunately, it isn't difficult4 picturing Biden's DOJ ignoring these crimes -- unless if it was being committed by a Republican.
