Will Joe Biden let Ukraine defeat Russia?

There's nobody disputing the fact that Ukraine has exposed Russia's military as subpar for a supposed military superpower. Russia's troop morale is definitely subpar. Russia's supply lines are substandard and their equipment is mediocre at best.

Ukraine has had the heart of a lion from the start of Russia's invasion. When Joe Biden 'offered' to get President Zelenskiy out of Kyiv, President Zelenskiy replied "The fight is here; I need ammunition. I don't need a ride." It's insulting to President Zelensky to offer him the opportunity to thoroughly abandon his people.

Joe Biden assumed that Ukraine would collapse within a week. That didn't happen. He should've known better since Gen. Milley predicted it. This is the Gen. Milley who didn't see the rapid collapse of Afghanistan:

Top US General Mark Milley says he wasn’t aware of any intelligence reports indicating the Afghan military and government would collapse in just 11 days — despite claims officials had been warning for months of a quick Taliban takeover. During a press briefing on Wednesday, Milley said all intelligence reports regarding a Taliban threat "indicated multiple scenarios were possible."

"The timeframe of rapid collapse was widely estimated and ranged from weeks to months and even years following our departure," he said. "There was nothing that I saw that indicated a collapse of this army and this government in 11 days."

But I digress. The point is that Biden is a) thoroughly risk-averse and b) intimidated by Putin. Each of his major decisions on Ukraine has been prefaced by his worry of not provoking Putin. Antony Blinken, Biden's Secretary of State, greenlighted the transfer of MiGs to Ukraine. Then Putin spoke with Biden. Suddenly, the MiGs were off the table. The excuse given was that the Pentagon decided that Ukraine didn't need the MiGs.

Initial reports said that Ukraine's troops were besting the Russian troops. AFter last week's attack on a Russian oil depot, it's raising questions of whether Ukraine's air force isn't better than Russia's air force. If that's the case, why shouldn't NATO want Ukraine to defeat Russia before Russia has the opportunity to attack NATO? This is a typical Milley prediction:

Instead of relying on Gen. Milley, perhaps the Pentagon should rely on Tarot cards. Then again, perhaps we should find a different commander-in-chief. Unfortunately, that won't happen until 2025. By then, who knows if Ukraine will still exist?

It's time Joe Biden unleashed the dogs. It's time for him to do everything possible to tip this war in Ukraine's favor. Anything less would be un-American.
