Volodymyr Zelenskyy publicly humiliates Vladimir Putin

I just finished writing a post about cutting Putin down to size on the battlefield. Little did I know that this article would be published this morning. Ukraine's President Zelenskiy publicly humiliates Russian President Putin with a speech:
"The 19th day of our resistance is over. Historical war. Another difficult day, which is still approaching our victory. Approaching peace for Ukraine," Zelenskyy began, according to his presidential office.

He noted that "the enemy is confused" and did not expect stiff resistance. "Their soldiers know this. Their officers are aware of this. They flee the battlefield. They abandon equipment."

President Zelenskiy continued:
"We take trophies and use them to protect Ukraine," Zelenskyy said. "Today, Russian troops are, in fact, one of the suppliers of equipment to our army. They could not imagine such a thing in a nightmare."

"Russian conscripts! Listen to me very carefully," Zelenskyy warned. "Russian officers! You’ve already understood everything. You will not take anything from Ukraine. You will take lives. There are a lot of you. But your life will also be taken. But why should you die? What for? I know that you want to survive. Therefore, I offer you a choice," the president said.

"On behalf of the Ukrainian people, I give you a chance. Chance to survive." "If you surrender to our forces, we will treat you the way people are supposed to be treated. As people, decently. In a way you were not treated in your army. And in a way your army does not treat ours," Zelenskyy added. "Choose!"

Here's the videotape of President Zelenskiy's speech to the Russian soldiers:

Putin's humiliation is where President Zelenskiy states that Ukraine is heading for victory and when President Zelenskiy calls for the conscripts to surrender so Ukrainians can "treat you the way people are supposed to be treated. As people, decently. In a way you were not treated in your army." Clearly, Zelenskiy is getting reports that the Russian conscripts' morale is low. That fits with reports that they're poorly equipped and don't have proper supplies and logistics.

President Zelenskiy might well get some of these conscripts to flip. Based on what's been seen, it isn't like these conscripts' hearts are in this mission. The myth that Russian soldiers are big, muscular and motivated by patriotism has gotten shattered the past 3 weeks. Thanks to analysis by Gen. David Petraeus, Gen. Jack Keane and Gen. Keith Kelogg and the reporting of Trey Yingst, Benjamin Hall (who was injured while reporting yesterday) and Steve Harrigan, we've gotten to see the truth of what's been happening in Kyiv (pronounced Keev by Ukrainians), Lviv in western Ukraine and Poland.
