Tim Walz, forever the victim edition
Now THAT'S a professional victim. That's playing the victim card so hard that they included it in this episode of the Verdict With Ted Cruz. DFL politicians aren't exactly the brightest bulbs in the chandelier. If I took away their chanting points in the middle of a floor debate, lots of DFL politicians would go silent immediately. But I digress. Let’s return to talking about Tim Walz, Professional Victim.
In a Wednesday morning post on X, Walz wrote that Trump is "using an issue he doesn’t give a damn about as an excuse to hurt working Minnesotans." The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) froze child care payments to the North Star State earlier Tuesday.Nick Shirley's video shows them going from one strip mall to another. While the hallways and offices were frequently empty, the astonishing thing for me was that the strip malls' parking lots were empty, too. At one strip mall, Mr. Shirley mentioned that this mall was different because this one at least had a bus in it. Another thing that stood out was how mean-spirited the workers were and how unwilling the workers were to answer questions. At another strip mall, a middle-aged liberal white woman shouted "Don't open. ICE is here." This woman automatically assumed that Shirley and his research partner David were ICE agents. That's more than a little paranoid.
Tim Walz is also a semi-talented liar. Walz said that "We’ve spent years cracking down on fraudsters." This says otherwise:
The ACLJ highlights what Minnesota isn't doing but should be doing: Jeff Johnson, the man whose gubernatorial campaign I manage, nailed it in his most recent fundraising email when he said that Minnesota's Department of Human Sewrvices needs a department-wide culture change. Tinkering a little around the edges won't fix this. This requires sweeping changes, both in terms of attitude and policies.Correct. Instead of stopping fraud, MN DHS and Tim Walz has spent millions on surveilling staff and hiring private investigator or law firms to silence staff.

As whistleblowers who SAW FRAUD and reported it, we were the ones who got punished instead of the fraudsters. There’s no… https://t.co/lzplj5mHc8
