Peggy Flanagan loses it in public
Lt. Gov. Flanagan wasn't finished losing it. After that, Lt. Gov. Flanagan lost it, criticizing Angie Craig, her primary opponent for the soon-to-be open U.S. Senate seat, saying "Respectfully, Congresswoman, you voted with Republicans to strip due process from immigrants and to praise Trump's ICE. This year. Now you're upset?" It's important to remember that early fights between Democrats don't mean much. Generally speaking, they 'kiss-and-make-up' before the election. What's insulting is how Lt. Gov. Flanagan tries whitewashing her role in the fraud issue:
Then her spokesperson had the audacity to say this:"[Flanagan] has repeatedly spoken out against fraud in the state, saying it's ‘unconscionable that people are stealing from families and children’," Fetissoff said.Who cares what she's said? I don't. I care about what she's done! Jeff Johnson, the gubernatorial candidate I'm privileged to manage, is a man of action. As a member of the St. Cloud City Council, Councilman Jeff fought for transparency with regards to primary refugee resettlement. Initially, Lutheran Social Services said no. Next, they told Councilman Jeff what happened at the meetings. Councilman Jeff persisted further. Eventually, Councilman Jeff was invited to attend the planniung meetings. That's the difference betweeen a dime-a-dozen politician and a populist man of the people. If elected, Jeff will fix the fraud fiasco.
Peggy Flanagan is just another dime-a-dozen career politician. If you write what she's supposed to say, she'll recite her lines just fine. If you ask her to get off-script, she'll look like a deer in the headlights.
