Is the Democrat Party the party of weak leaders?

There was a time when the Democrat Party was filled with strong leaders. That time has passed. Today's Democrat Party is afraid of its own shadow. Bill Clinton is best known for his Sister Soljah moment, where he stood up to cultural 'leaders' who were dragging the Democrat Party to the left. The last time that Democrats were relevant was during the Obama administration. Even then, Democrats' "signature accomplishment", aka the ACA, still is a major failure.

The reason I bring this up is because this article tells the story about Ilhan Omar changing the "subject when asked whether Democrats have weak leaders." The truth is that the DFL have weak leaders. From Timid Tim Walz to Chuck Schumer to Hakeem Jeffries to Zohran Mamdani to Omar Fateh, Democrats are exceptionally weak. There's only one way to fix that, which I'll outline shortly.

Let's first dig into KSTP's Eric Chaloux's report that "Minnesota Department of Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) used to provide reports to the legislature up until the last report was filed for the year ending in 2017. In Chaloux's report, "5 EYEWITNESS NEWS began first asking questions on Wednesday, with DHS trying to understand why the reports stopped being submitted. In an email on Thursday, DHS wrote, 'It’s important to note that the reports were not legislatively mandated; it’s something OIG initiated.' Late on Thursday, DHS wrote back again with an answer, 'OIG paused its annual report during a previous leadership.'"

Question: did the DHS OIG suddenly decide that this report suddenly become irrelevant? Did the DHS OIG determine that the report wasn't a high priority? Let's get some of these questions answered:

Here's a brief history on Jodi Harpstead, the former commissioner of Minnesota's Department of Human Services:
That isn't the sign of a strong leader. This is the DHS's Inspector General report:
