Ketanji Brown-Jackson -- Joe Biden's legal legacy

Whether he likes it or not, Joe Biden's legal legacy will his nominating Ketanji Brown-Jackson to be a Supreme Court justice. Brown-Jackson is the personification of a DEI hire. She's the Supreme Court's laughingstock. First, Justice Brown-Jackson doesn't seem to understand what justices do. That isn't just my opinion, either. That's what Justice Sotomayor said that Brown-Jackson's dissenting opinion on an 8-1 opinion wasn't on target.

Justice Sotomayor wrote "the plans themselves are not before this Court, at this stage, and we thus have no occasion to consider whether they can and will be carried out consistent with the constraints of law. The relevant Executive Order directs agencies to plan reorganizations and reductions in force 'consistent with applicable law.'"

When you're a leftist justice and Justice Kagan and Justice Sotomayor vehemently disagree with you, you've really screwed up. Those 3 are as reliable of a voting block as we've had in recent history. This is Justice Sotomayor's disagreement with Justicce Brown-Jackson:

Whether Joe Biden fights it or not (he will fight this opinion), Trainwreck Joe screwed up foreign policy, was the catalyst in starting 3 wars (Russia-Ukraine, Hamas-Isral and Israel-Iran) and kept the U.S. economy from reaching its best. Finally, to be charitable, his picks for district court judges have been intentionslly terrible. His lone pick for the Supreme Court looks mostly like a DEI hire rather than a nominee who was legitimately hired. Honest historians will rate Trainwreck Joe as the worst president in history.

Yes, I'm a partisan but I'm using objective criteria to form my opinions. Bidenflation wasn't fixed until Trump fixed it in his 2nd term. Iran was waging proxy wars against Israel from Syria, Lebanon, Gaza and Yemen until Mossad took out the leaders of Hamas and Hezbollah and Trump and Netanyahu demolished Irasn's nuclear facilities.

Biden bragged about how united NATO was but he can't brag that he attended a NATO summit and got the nations to spend 5% of each nation's GDP on weapons. Biden's unified NATO spent less than 2%, on average, of their GDP on their militaries.

Finally, Trainwreck Joe let millions of illegal aliens walk across the U.S.-Mexico border, many of them terrorists, cartel members and gang members. He wasn't serious about national security. Other than that, Trainwreck Joe was a terrible president. The only thing we're thankful for from the border invasion is Bill Melugin's reporting from the border:
