Gavin Newsom, Pravda and Napoleon Bonaparte
One day, Napoleon Bonaparte, Julius Ceasar and Alexander the Great met in Moscow's Red Square to watch the Soviets' parade of their military equipment. First up were Soviet missiles. Alexander the Great said that "I would've ruled the world with arrows like that."
Next were the Soviet tanks. Immediately, Julius Ceasar said "with chariots like that, I would've ruled the world the world forever." Meanwhile, Napoleon read the latest copy of Pravda. After reading it, he said "If I had a newspaper like this, nobody would've heard about Waterloo."
After visiting Pacific Palisades, Thursday afternoon, I'm confident that Gov. Gavin Newsom, (D-Calif.), wishes that YouTube had never been created. If it hadn't been created, he wouldn't have been exposed in this video:
That's insulting. Gov. Newsom lied to that mother. He said he was talking at that moment to President Biden. The mother understood that Gov. Newsom was lying so she said she wanted to be part of the conversation. Suddenly, Gov. Newsom lost his signal. What a total surprise.California is a thoroughly screwed up state. Trendy is everything to Califdornians. Providing the essentials means nothing, as proved by this article:
Fires have been a reality in California for at least 20 million years. In my own, far shorter lifetime, I have seen numerous blazes, and covered several on television. They aren’t predictable, but you know when they are likely to occur. They aren’t preventable, but you can be prepared for them. Fires, floods, and earthquakes — disasters are us, and that has been the case as LA grew over the past century. Not providing essentials like water in fire-stricken areas is almost criminal. Governors lying to citizens who've lost everything might not be criminal but it's highly immoral. This time around, city and state leaders bear a heavy blame for a shocking lack of preparation, given weather conditions that were well predicted and have caused disasters in the past. As Traci Park, a member of the City Council, recently suggested, the fires revealed “chronic underinvestment in our critical infrastructure”. Perhaps the most remarkable failure was the lack of pressure to get water out of hydrants.
That video is the end of Gov. Newsom's political career. The ease with which he lied to that woman signals that Gov. Newsom can't be trusted.
