Kamala Harris doesn't pass the Commander-in-Chief test
After the midterm elections, potential presidential candidates start stepping forward in hopes of raising their profile, getting an ambassador's job or cabinet position. Some are legitimately serious about winning the White House. Those that get serious consideration for the position of Leader of the Free World pass an informal test that I've called 'the Commander-in-Chief-Test' since the 1980s. Ronald Reagan passed the test with flying colors. George H.W. Bush passed it, too. Walter Mondale passed it, too, though not the way that Reagan passed it.
Obama passed this test from a managerial standpoint. From a belief standpoint, he didn't pass the test. Joe Biden could pass it for minutes at a time by faking it. I'll put this as diplomatically as possible. VP Kamala Harris will never pass the Commander-in-Chief-Test. VP Harris should feel happy, though. She consistently passes the Lighter-Than-Air-Test. Nobody will deny that Harris's thoughts aren't lighter than air. J.D. Vance's thoughts on Harris's intellectual heft are more diplomatically stated:
"Every time she does [an interview], I think we pick up 100,000 votes," quipped during a rally on Saturday in Leesport, Pa., when asked about Harris avoiding media interviews.According to Harris in her interview with Oprah, to be American is to be a liberal Democrat: According to Harris, to be American is to "love our country". According to Harris, to be American is to "take pride in the privilege of being American." At another point, it's suggested that 'some people' think it's wrong to be gay. The person suggesting that is VP Harris, whose campaign slogan is 'we're not going back. Apparently, Harris has already made that trip back. At minimum, she's falsely accusing others of holding those antiquated views.
Simply put, VP Harris is a lightweight intellectually and a fraud. Picturing her negotiating with Putin on Xi is frightening. Voting for her irresponsible.
