What will Jake Tapper and Dana Bash ask Joe Biden about border security?
That startled Sen. Warren, who replied "No, this isn’t about what the president did wrong. Remember, on the very first day that he was sworn into office, President Biden asked Congress both for the resources and for comprehensive immigration reform. The Republicans blocked it, blocked it, blocked it, blocked it. Until last fall—" Raddatz interrupted, replying "But Donald Trump didn’t have that either, Senator. He didn’t have that either and there were two million during his entire term." Apparently, Democrats, including Elizabeth Warren and Joe Biden, haven't figured out that the key isn't comprehensive immigration reform:
In Trump's 4 years in office, the border was secure. Just 2.09 million illegal aliens crossed the TX-Mex border. That's compared with 2,370,000 illegal aliens that crossed in FY2022 and compared with 2,475,000 illegal aliens that crossed in FY2023, the last 2 full fiscal years of the Biden administration.Elizabeth Warren just said in ABC that Joe Biden is doing “everything he can with the resources available to him” to secure the border.”

Biden took 93 executive actions in his first 100 days to make the border less secure.

Drawing Conclusions
- Most likely, comprehensive immigration reform is the Democrats' dodge for securing the border.
- Comprehensive immigration reform isn't required since Trump fixed the border without it.
- Democrats might not be interested in border security since they were given the blueprint for securing the border.
- How committed are Democrats to border security?
- How committed are Democrats to fighting migrant crime?
- Are Democrats interested in preventing violence? Thus far, I don't see proof of that.
