Joe Biden's border trickery

I'm beginning to think that Joe Biden doesn't remember Peter Doocy questioning Alejandro Mayorkas on border security. The average news consumer certainly remembers this exchange:

In other words, Mayorkas essentially said that they wouldn't open the international borders completely. They'd just open our borders 85%-90% of the way. That isn't much relief. Does Biden think only some of the gangs come in? Apparently he doesn't care if violent gangs get into the nation. NBC is reporting "Under the new policy, anytime the seven-day average of illegal border crossings breaches 2,500, migrants entering the U.S. between legal ports of entry, with some exceptions, will be banned from claiming asylum and deported."

What NBC isn't reporting is whether the Biden administration is moving the border patrol to the actual border with instructions to stop entirely these illegal aliens. If that isn't part of Biden's instructions, then this is just a game intended to fool voters. This isn't intended to fix the crime/border security problem.

It is currently unclear where the Biden administration will hold a vast number of detained migrants, possibly tens of thousands, until they are deported. Immigration and Customs Enforcement does not have the capacity or authority to indefinitely detain migrants.
They don't have the capacity because ICE facilities weren't designed for catch-and-release, aka open border, policies. They were designed to follow existing laws, which require expelling illegal aliens immediately.

Am I supposed to watch this video and think that the Biden administration gives a damn about the children?

What type of person puts children in that type of facility? As Sen. Cruz highlighted, the Biden administration official that kept getting in the way of his filming of the terrible conditions at the Donna, TX facility wanted the American people to never know about the conditions that the Biden administration kept those children in. Now, I'm expected to believe that the Biden administration suddenly thinks that illegal aliens should be immediately shipped back to their country of origin? I was born at night but it wasn't last night.

The Biden administration is playing games with this executive order. If the next election was 5 years from now instead of 5 months, Biden wouldn't have lifted a finger on this executive order.

Blistering Barack's butt (bigtime)

This past weekend, Barack Obama tried spreading the blame around for Hamas's murderous rampage of Oct. 7. This blistering op-ed hints that Mr. Obama isn't the effective communicator that he once was. Obama initially insisted that "nobody's hands are clean" from the Oct. 7 Massacre. Liel Leibovitz, the Editor at large of Tablet Magazine wrote this op-ed questioning Obama's intellectual honesty. Why is Joe Biden letting Hamas off the hook?

It isn't disputable whether Joe Biden's administration is letting Hamas off the hook. That issue was settled months ago, when a spineless Joe Biden caved to activists interested in saving Hamas and thwarting the Israelis' attempt to defend themselves. Gerard Baker's op-ed highlights what's at stake for the U.S. if the terrorists are permitted to survive.
