Is Joe Biden lying about Trump's tax cuts for the rich?

This past week, Joe Biden insisted that Trump's tax cuts helped only the rich. Considering the fact that Biden is dishonest as hell and economically illiterate, I won't accept Biden's opinions as fact. I especially won't accept Biden's statements as facts when I recall the series of articles Guy Benson wrote right around the passage and signage of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.

It took some digging in the archives to find the articles but I finally found them. This is the first article I found in 'the Benson collection.' It opens by saying "We've been having some fun at the expense of Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic Party's literally apocalyptic hyperbole and rhetorical overreach about the new tax reform law, showcasing examples of businesses large and small that are celebrating passage of the landmark legislation by paying out employee bonuses, raising wages, expanding, and making charitable investments."

Thanks to the MSM's misinformation, there was great apprehension over the tax cuts:

First, in a video I flagged as "must watch" on Twitter, CBS News delved into the personal finances of three families across the country to determine how the new tax law will impact them. Each household cut distinct profiles; a low-income single mother in North Carolina, a pair of middle-income married educators in Rhode Island, and married small business owners with three kids in California. One thing that all three families had in common: Anxiety about the GOP plan. None of them were optimistic about how the new system will affect their pocketbooks, with two families explicitly anticipating a tax hike. This reflects widespread public opposition to the bill, driven by aggressive misinformation from the Left. When an accountant ran the actual numbers, however, all three households discovered that their tax burden was going down. Watch the entire thing:
We'd be better off if Biden had learned at the feet of Prof. Steve Forbes:

How's this for a headline? "'Armageddon:' Major Companies Announce Hiring, Bonuses, Raises, and Charitable Donations Thanks to Tax Reform" Inside the article, we find out this:
Comcast says it's giving $1k bonuses to more than 100k employees, citing tax bill and FCC's net neutrality decision.
And this:
#Boeing announces
$300M employee-related and charitable investment as a result of #TaxReform legislation to support our heroes, our homes and our future.
The horror of it all: JUST IN: Fifth Third Bancorp announces plan "to raise its minimum hourly wage for all employees to $15, and distribute a one-time bonus of $1,000 for more than 13,500 employees" following passage of tax bill. http://cnbc.com/id/104910079
Finally, let's not forget this:
Who could have predicted this?????? "AT&T is giving $1,000 bonuses to 200,000 employees after tax bill" https://cnbc.com/2017/12/20/tax-reform-reaction-att-is-giving-bonuses-to-200000-employees.html
That's am awful lot of bonuses, pay raises and improved benefits for blue collar workers for a tax cut bill that's supposed to benefit only the rich. Perhaps Scranton Joe isn't the honest man he pretends to be. Biden's lies keep piling up. Yesterday, I wrote this article to highlight Biden's whopper on Bidenflation. It isn't a stretch to think Scranton Joe is just a liar.
