Was Feb. 8, 2024 the end of Joe Biden's campaign?

When Special Counsel Robert Hur's report dropped late Thursday, it all but officially ended Joe Biden's re-election campaign. First thing this morning, Joe Scarborough insisted that the headline should be "Not indicted." That's intentionally misleading. That's because the bombshell finding in the report is that Joe Biden "willfully retained and disclosed" classified information, which "risked serious damage to America’s national security."

The only reason he wasn't indicted? " According to James Bovard's article, Biden wasn't indicted because "Uncle Joe is little more than 'an elderly man with a poor memory,' according to the report." TRANSLATION: Biden's mind is mush. Last night, after the Hur Report dropped, Biden tried to prove that he's just fine for another term. It isn't a stretch to think that Thursday is the worst day in Biden's administration, worse than the day 13 American heroes were killed at Hamid Karzai Airport in Afghanistan. After the report was published, Biden tried saying what Scarborough thought he should say. Here's how that went:

For the first 4+ minutes, things went ok. Not great but ok. Then he hit his wall. Biden said that he called el-Sisi of Mexico. Next, he said "I'm of the view, as you know, that the conduct of the response in Gaza Strip has been ... um ... over the top. I think that ... uh ... as you know initially President el-Sisi of Mexico did not want to open up the gate..."

El-Sisi is Egypt's president, not Mexico's president. This is an angry man:

This is man who is in cognitive decline:

Francois Mitterand died in 1996. Biden's administration didn't start until Jan. 20, 2021. Biden just missed talking to President Mitterand by 25+ years. BTW, Biden was still a senator in 1996.
