Tortured ex-hostage Yocheved Lifshitz speaks out about Hamas
Yocheved Lifshitz held a press conference from a Tel Aviv hospital this morning. In her daughter Sharone Lifshitz's words, Hamas terrorists put her on a motorcycle, "My mom is saying she was taken on the back of a motor bike with her body with her legs on one side and her head on the other side." According to Fox News Foreign Correspondent Trey Yingst's reporting, "Yocheved Lifshitz, 85, was taken from Israel on Oct. 7 alongside her 83-year-old husband Oded, who still remains held inside the Gaza Strip. Lifshitz said civilians beat her once she was brought into Gaza before being moved into an extensive tunnel system where Hamas did provide hostages with some medicine and hygiene supplies."
These are the people that Joe Biden is negotiating with. Biden is negotiating with terrorists whose civilians torture the elderly. Now Yocheved and Oded Lifshitz are separated from each other. These are the Hamas terrorists that the Democrats' Hamas Caucus are defending. These are the Hamas terrorists that Ivy League universities didn't say a word against until their universities' reputations started getting ruined financially and reputation-wise. But I digress.
This Washington Post article reports these details:
"In a news conference in Tel Aviv, the 85-year-old said that after militants rampaged through her kibbutz, she was put on the back of the motorcycle, 'with my legs on one side and my head on the other," and driven through fields while being beaten with sticks, making it difficult to breathe."On Tuesday, Lifshitz went into detail of the ordeal:
[Yocheved] spoke of the 'unimaginable hell' of her kidnapping ordeal that included being thrown over the back of a motorcycle, beaten with sticks and held in a 'spiderweb' of wet tunnels after she was abducted from a kibbutz in southern Israel.Hamas didn't attack Israeli soldiers. Hamas intentionally attacked Israeli civilians. How do you negotiate with that type of terrorist? Even worse, imagine having to live near terrorists like that. You'd constantly live in fear. Take Sharone Lifshitz's words with a grain of salt: Let's not forget that her dad is still being held hostage in Gaza. The civilians beat her but the terrorists treated her properly? Why would I trust them? Joe Biden might trust the terrorists but I'm not that foolish.
