Joe Biden's foreign policy 'streak' is still intact

In 2015, former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates wrote his famous memoir "Duty: Memoirs of a Secretary at War." In that memoir, Gates wrote that Joe Biden "has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades." Eight years later, Biden's streak is still intact and growing. Since 2015, Joe can add Crimea, Afghanistan and Ukraine to his list of failures.

Joe's list of failures is predicated on the belief that appeasement, aka diplomacy, is the key to world peace. This, of course, if foolish. Terrorist organizations and terrorist-supporting nations (think Iran) love playing idiots like Biden like a fiddle. They're known in the Muslim world as "useful idiots."

Joe Biden's affection for Iran is one of his worst stumbling blocks. Biden keeps thinking that he'll finally achieve success if he does something historic. This WSJ editorial highlights one of Scranton Joe's biggest weaknesses:

Biden is doing everything in his power to finance Iran. The thought of him putting pressure on Iran isn't part of his thinking. We know that putting pressure on the mullahs often causes uprisings within Iran. Isn't it time to covertly help the Iranian people topple the mullahs? That would be historic! Letting Iran sell its oil unfettered isn't in anyone's interests except the terrorists' interests. Then there's this:

How are Biden's policies incenting Iran to start acting within acceptable norms? Their policies need to change. This administration's appeasement policies have failed. Diplomacy without the will to crush terrorist actions is just blah, blah, blah. It accomplishes nothing. It lets terrorists play us. NO THANKS! Gov. DeSantis weighed in on Biden's disappearing act:

Thank God Biden's priorities are right.

After Minnesota's Democrats shoved the most controversial progressive legislation down Minnesotans' throats, gossip started popping up about Gov. Walz being interested in running for president . Yesterday, Maria Bartiromo interrogated Gov. Ron DeSantis on Sunday Morning Futures. The first half of the interview, Bartiromo asked policy questions. Gov. DeSantis showed his understanding of the issues and presented his solutions on everything from China, inflation and growing the economy. The first reply he had was to cut spending. His next reply was to open energy production. Third, he talked about the importance of increasing productivity, which he correctly said is the best way to eliminate inflation.
