Did Joe Biden benefit from Hunter Biden's shake-downs?

Things are heating up for Joe Biden, aka the Brand. This summer, Joe Biden said "Where's the money?" when he was accused of being part of Hunter Biden's pay-to-play scheme. I wrote this post yesterday to highlight a check paid out from Jim Biden's personal account to Joe Biden's personal account. The check memo line says that it was for a loan repayment. FYI- They're still searching for the original loan from Joe to Jim. Speculation is that loan is fiction.

That was Friday's news. Saturday is a different Biden fiasco story that will pose more problems for the Big Guy. This story, though, raises questions that are more difficult to explain away. RedState's Nick Arama wrote this article in which he highlights a sticker-to-explain transaction. According to the article, "Now there's a report that Joe Biden, the guy who always talked about how he was one of the poor senators, paid almost $2.75 million in cash for his Rehoboth Beach home in 2017." How's that for an attention-getting headline? That's where the plot takes another twist:

And making the transaction even stranger it was within weeks of a highly questionable text that Hunter had sent to Henry Zhao, an associate at Chinese oil giant CEFC asking to seal a deal worth $10 million a year.
Jamie Comer on the Jim Biden 'loan repayment' check:

Think about this question: how could Joe Biden, once one of the poorest senators in DC, pay $2,750,000 in cash for a Rehoboth Beach mansion and borrow $200,000 to his brother? Let's remember that the Bidens bought their Rehoboth Beach home in 2017, just shortly after he left office. Biden went from making $300,000-400,000 a year in most of those years to making 11,000,000+ in 2017. Biden made $4,500,000+ in 2018. How did Joe go from making $200,000-$400,000 while in office to making $11,000,000 in 2017? That sounds like he cashed in on being 'The Brand."
