Joe Biden's Bidenomics/dishonesty tour, Part II

The best way to determine if Joe Biden is lying is through sight. If his lips are moving, it's likely that he's lying. Another way to tell if Joe's lying is if he's talking about Bidenomics. Thankfully, Steve Moore has written this wonderful op-ed highlighting Biden's 5 biggest lies.

For instance, Joe lied when he said "America is producing record amounts of oil and gas."

That's statistically simple to prove as utter dishonesty. Moore replied "A new study by University of Chicago economist Casey Mulligan finds that the United States would be producing roughly 2 million more barrels of oil a day if we had stuck with the Trump pro-American energy production. Oil is selling at $80 a barrel." If we had kept the previous administration's policies intact, we'd be producing 15,000,000 of oil per day. Right now, we're just short of 13,000,000 barrels per day.

Another dishonest statement made by Biden is that he's "reduced the budget deficit by $1.7 trillion." That isn't a fib. That's a lie. Steve Moore replied "Over the past 12 months, the budget deficit has exceeded $2 trillion. The 10-year forecast for the debt is more than $8 trillion HIGHER than when Trump left office." There's no way you can spend like this administration has done, then expect to reduce the U.S. deficit. That isn't just Bidenomics. It's voodoo economics, too.

Finally, Biden insists that "gas prices have fallen under Biden." Check this out:

Biden was recently crowing about $3.39-a-gallon gasoline. Yes, that was a big improvement from the $5-a-gallon gas this time last year. But when Trump left office, the gas price was $2.39 a gallon. And today it is $3.84 a gallon.
We'll soon hit $4.00-a-gallon, possibly by next weekend. That isn't surprising. It's quite predictable, actually. In fact, lots of people predicted it when Joe started his war on fossil fuels. Larry Kudlow is one of those that predicted it, though he didn't totally predict it here:

Phil Flynn came close to predicting it in this interview:

Phil is right. I'll add that Biden isn't a capitalist, just a socialist who won't admit that he wants to control production by piling on government regulations. That's what Steve Forbes calls "Modern Socialism". It's what Newt Gingrich calls "Big Government Socialism." Whatever it's called, it produces terrible economic growth but lots of government control.
