Open letter to Kevin McCarthy, Impeachment Inquiry Edition
From: Gary Gross, Impeachment Inquiry Activist
Subject: Impeachment Inquiry, not impeachment
Speaker McCarthy, It's time to stop the silliness about full-blown impeachment, at least at this point. Let me lay out my thinking for why an impeachment inquiry is best in this situation. First, as you know, it enhances your subpoena power. That, in turn, increases the House's investigative authority.
Since there won't be a conviction after impeachment, the goal should be to damage Joe Biden to the point that he's unelectable in 2024. That was the Democrats' goal with their first impeachment of then-President Trump.
The difference between the GOP's impeachment inquiry and the Democrat/Pelosi/Schiff impeachment is the seriousness of the GOP's impeachment inquiry. Use that enhanced subpoena power to get documents from Merrick Garland and David Weiss that pertain to their protection of Hunter Biden. Also, let's dig into whether they knew about Joe's involvement in this international grift.
Make this impeachment inquiry fast-paced. Gather as much information (bank records, suspicious activity reports, charts of the Biden Crime Syndicate's LLC labyrinth, etc.) as quickly as possible. The goal should be to compile as much evidence as possible for a comprehensive, exhaustive report. Include the testimony of Whistleblowers Shapley and Ziegler. Include Devon Archer's testimony, too.
When it's finished, censure Joe Biden. Enter the financial documents and testimony into the Congressional record so Democrats can be mercilessly ridiculed when they insist that there isn't any evidence that Joe Biden was connected with this grift. Include an executive summary of the report that includes the most damaging evidence and testimony.
Speaker McCarthy, these questions must get answered:
The key is putting together that comprehensive report. House Republicans need to be smart about this. This is the perfect time to expose Joe Biden's corruption. The only way to make that happen is by compiling a massive amount of irrefutable evidence. Get it done.
