Joe Biden's no-show collegiate job

From the time that Joe Biden moved out of the Naval Observatory, the official residence of the Vice President, to the time he started his presidential campaign, Joe Biden held a no-show job. For those 3 years, Biden was paid $900,000 not teach classes and to not host any events at the Penn-Biden Center of Diplomacy and Global Engagement.

It's now being reported "that donations and contract payments from entities in communist China to Penn ballooned to $61 million in the think tank’s initial three years of operation, raising questions about potential Chinese influence on the university and about who may have had access to the classified materials." Honestly, it doesn't raise "questions about potential Chinese influence." It confirms Chinese influence over the Biden administration.

The Penn-Biden Center is the first place where classified documents were found. It's been highlighted that the Penn-Biden Center didn't open until February of 2018. That means the classified documents must've been stored in a temporary holding facility for 13 months. According to this description, "The Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement at the University of Pennsylvania is founded on the principle that a democratic, open, secure, tolerant, and interconnected world benefits all Americans. Based in our nation's capital, the Penn Biden Center works with Penn's students, partners, faculty, and global centers to convene world leaders, develop and advance smart policy, and strengthen the national debate for continued American global leadership in the 21st century." This video is a lot like Biden himself:

Mostly, it's spin, sprinkled with a healthy portion of ego. The Penn-Biden Center sounds like a white collar no-show job:
During much of its existence, the Penn Biden Center functioned as a professional mainstay for foreign-policy specialists who would go on to join the Biden administration. Now, the office’s website lists no staff.

As The Pennsylvania Daily Star reported last week, the think tank published little, if any, original research. But its media output has been particularly infrequent in the past year. Its last web announcement came out last April and it has issued no social media updates since May.
