Is Joe Biden delusional?

Let's state this clearly. Joe Biden isn't delusional. He's just a liar who hasn't hesitated in overhyping himself. That's the indisputable message from Tired Joe's dishonest op-ed. In his op-ed, which I doubt he wrote, he stated "I took office during a dark time in America. A once-in-a-century pandemic. Devastating joblessness. Clear and present threats to democracy and the rule of law. Doubts about the American future itself. We have not wavered or given in to these challenges. Instead, we are doing the hard work of delivering on results for the American people."

Talk about malarkey. When Joe took over, gas cost $2.39/gallon, inflation was 1.4% and the economy was growing at a 6.5% rate. More importantly, people's paychecks stretched farther because inflation wasn't a factor.

Biden insists that he's worried about "democracy and the rule of law." That's more malarkey from the man who trademarked the word. If he's worried about the rule of law, why has he unilaterally decriminalized illegally crossing into the United States without an act of Congress? There are 2 more months left in FY2022. According to FNC, the only network that's covering the US-Mexico border, Border Patrol has already apprehended more than 2,000,000 illegal immigrants. There's an outside shot that they top 2,500,000 this fiscal year. This isn't an accident. Check this out:

Each Democrat presidential candidate eventually agreed with Secretary Castro to decriminalize illegal border crossings.

More malarkey

From the American Rescue Plan to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, to the gun safety law, to the burn pits law for veterans, to the CHIPS and Science law, to the Inflation Reduction Act, we are delivering progress and prosperity for American families. We are proving that America and American democracy works. Not just for the privileged few, but for all of us.
Joe Biden says that from the comfort of the Oval Office or his beach home in Delaware. I triple-dog dare him to say that at a townhall in the Midwest, where families are picking between filling their vehicles with gas or putting food on the table.

We went from being a prosperous nation under President Trump to having 67% of the nation living paycheck-to-paycheck under Biden and the Democrats. We've gone from an economy growing at a rate of 6.5% under Trump to an economy that's shrinking under Biden. We've gone from having inflation under control under Trump to 40-year highs in inflation under Biden.

Biden and the Democrats haven't delivered prosperity or progress to the people. We went from energy independence and energy dominance under Trump to $5+ a gallon gas in less than 2 years under Biden. That's going backwards. That isn't progress.

This November, it's important to remember that Democrats took over a growing economy with low inflation and growing net wages after inflation. After just 16 months, the Democrats' policies have created the highest inflation in 40 years, an economy in recession and taken us from energy independence to energy dependence. It's important for voters to ask whether they want to say on a path that's filled with high inflation and little prosperity or whether they'd prefer charting a path that includes a growing economy, low gas prices and inflation was under control.

The chart at the top of this report shows that 14,632,000 jobs were created during the period starting in May of 2020 and ending at the end of March of 2021. That's an average of 1,432,000 jobs created per month in that 10-month period. I can't say with 100% certainty that that's a record but I'm 95% positive it's the US record. Check it out:

Joe Biden didn't inherit a nation going through, as he puts it, "a dark time in America." He inherited a growing economy, record job growth, inflation that was microscopic and a nation that was energy dominant. In less than 2 years, he's given us the highest inflation since the 1980s, a shrinking economy, decent job growth, real wages adjusted for inflation that are declining and a nation that's gone begging hat-in-hand to dictatorships. I'd love Joe explain his op-ed to serious people asking serious questions. Joe, with the help of Democrat legislators, has given us an economy that has a single bright spot but that's struggling in most categories.
