Democrats are mad with the wrong justices

Democrat activists clearly haven't thought things through the Dobbs Decision. They're upset with the wrong justices. The justices that these Democrat activists should be upset with are the 7 justices that invented the 'right' to abortion in the first place.

Instead, these Democrat hotheads have taken to harassing Supreme Court justices like Brett Kavanaugh when he ventured into a public place. It's unfortunate that these activists can't think straight. These hate-filled activists should be upset with these justices:

  • Harry Andrew Blackmun (Author)
  • Warren Earl Burger
  • William Orville Douglas
  • William Joseph Brennan, Jr.
  • Potter Stewart
  • Thurgood Marshall
  • Lewis Franklin Powell, Jr.
These men invented a constitutional right that doesn't exist.

If I asked a law school student where the right to free speech is, he'd reply 'the First Amendment.' He'd know that because it's clearly written. Similarly, if I asked where the right to keep and bear arms is, he'd reply that it's in the Second Amendment. Again, that right is clearly written. The right to a fair trial is found in the Sixth Amendment. The right to not incriminate yourself is found in the Fifth Amendment. In each of these cases, it's spelled out in unmistakable wording. Why should each of these rights be written so clearly but the 'right' to an abortion was hidden until 1973?

The Tenth Amendment states "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people." Since this wasn't "delegated to" the federal government, SCOTUS didn't have proper jurisdiction to rule on this lawsuit.

These whacked-ivists chased a Supreme Court justice and his family out of a DC restaurant. That's what happens when the WH Press Secretary says that it's ok to protest against Supreme Court justices. Check out this reaction to Justice Kavanaugh:
Liberal author Charlotte Clymer tweeted, "I really couldn’t give a sh-- that Brett Kavanaugh’s overpriced steak dinner was made unpleasant by women calling out his sociopathic behavior."

She also wrote, "If you’re appalled that protestors yelled outside a restaurant where Brett Kavanaugh was eating and find that to be uncivil, wait until you hear about the 10 year-old girl who had to travel to Indiana for medical care because Ohio wouldn’t permit her safe access to an abortion."

BTW, the story of the 10-year-old girl who got raped has been checked into and has yet to be confirmed as having actually happened. It might've happened. It just hasn't been confirmed as legitimate. After Minnesota's Democrats shoved the most controversial progressive legislation down Minnesotans' throats, gossip started popping up about Gov. Walz being interested in running for president . Yesterday, Maria Bartiromo interrogated Gov. Ron DeSantis on Sunday Morning Futures. The first half of the interview, Bartiromo asked policy questions. Gov. DeSantis showed his understanding of the issues and presented his solutions on everything from China, inflation and growing the economy. The first reply he had was to cut spending. His next reply was to open energy production. Third, he talked about the importance of increasing productivity, which he correctly said is the best way to eliminate inflation.
