Joe Biden's Department of Injustice

Since we know that Joe Biden is a liar, let's highlight that he isn't interested in keeping his promises. Joe Biden isn't interested in a depoliticized DOJ. Despite there being a federal law on the books that prohibits activists who "picket or parade" with the "intent of interfering with, obstructing or impeding the administration of justice", Biden's DOJ isn't interested in arresting pro-abortion zealots protesting in front of Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Kavanaugh's homes.

These pro-abortion zealots are just following Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer's lead. Two years ago, Sen. Schumer stood on the Supreme Court's steps when he threatened Justice Gorsuch and Justice Kavanaugh, saying that they had "released the whirlwind" and that they "would pay the price." Later, Schumer tried walking that back, saying that the words didn't come out the way he'd wanted them to. (Did he want his words to intimidate Roberts and Kavanaugh even more than they did?)

Andy McCarthy got a little hot about the DOJ's silence over the protests at the homes of Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Kavanaugh:
"I would note that months ago, when Attorney General Garland unjustifiably dispatched the FBI to investigate parents who were protesting the inclusion of racist and anti-American materials in school curricula, Garland claimed that the Justice Department had an interest in protecting teachers and school administrators. Not only was it untrue that schools were under siege; the relationship between parents and schools is a state and local issue, not a federal one — hypothetically, if a parent were to assault a teacher, it would be a state crime, not a federal one," continued McCarthy.

McCarthy referred to a DOJ memo from last fall, directing the FBI to investigate "threats of violence" at school board meetings in order to combat threats against school officials by angry parents. Garland received massive backlash for his directive because it came just days after the National School Board Association (NSBA) wrote a letter to Biden asking his administration to treat parent protests at school board meetings as possible acts of "domestic terrorism."

"By contrast, the protection of the Supreme Court as an institution, and of the justices’ security, are patently federal matters over which federal law-enforcement has clear jurisdiction. It is inexcusable that the Justice Department is so silent and passive now, when it was loud and active over a manufactured controversy as to which it had no jurisdiction," McCarthy told Fox News Digital.

It's indisputable that Garland got involved in a local issue but turned a blind eye towards a federal jurisdiction issue. What's his reasoning behind that? Is he still carrying a grudge for not getting a hearing to be a Supreme Court justice? Is it that he's just a partisan hack? Both possibilities are plausible.

Democrats are now lightly criticizing the protests, saying that protests should be peaceful. As they're saying that out of one side of their mouth, Democrats won't abandon their codifying Roe into federal law. At least, that's what they're calling it. Ted Cruz gives it a more accurate description in this interview:

That isn't a moderate position. No parental notification on minors getting an abortion? No parental consent for minors getting an abortion either? Let's hope that Sen. Schumer forces a vote on this bill.

Finally, the Democrats' masks have been ripped off. This is who they really are. Abortion on demand is just a euphemism for infanticide. That's who these elected Democrats really are.
